Great costume grade hoop but needs a more adjustable closure at waist
This is a fun costume hoop skirt that I will use for steampunk events. What I didn't care for, was that the eleastic waist band is all one piece. There is no hook or tie closure. This makes it awkward to put on, and it would be nice to be able to tighten or loosen it for other costumes. As is, the elastic waist can be drug down by the weight of the skirts worn over the hoop.

I liked this item but was a bit disappointed in the workmanship and finishing on it. This was being used for an outer wear garment for a masquerade costume however the finishing details on the front were very poorly done so though it looked good from a distance it did not make the grade up close..

Product fit fine, but it was cheap and broke the first night I wore it.
Only wore it once and it tore through and could not wear it the rest of the night.
