Painful
Tried it off and on for three days and regret it. I now have lower back pain.By all appearances this chair should work. But, for me, it's a complete failure. The seat cushion is too firm. The front of the seat has a bulge (it's intentional, not a defect) that presses uncomfortably into my thigh muscles. The lumbar support is more like "lumber" support. It's like having a board pressing against your back. The headrest is useless. It just flops around as you recline the back The chair creaks and clunks when you sit down and when you lean back or forward.I emailed the manufacturer about these issues. They responded promptly and made a couple suggestions that did not resolve the issues. They gave me a $50 Amazon credit but then suggested I use it to by one of their $50 seat and back cushions.I have returned this chair.=====A couple days after posting this review, Ashley, the support team manager from Ticova Furniture, emailed me directly and said: "Your review has very significant effect on our listing which brings serious impact to our small business as we are not selling many products. We need revenue to pay our employees and they need to feed their family. Would you mind to remove your review."I think this request is inappropriate.

Big disappointment
This chair got so many wonderful reviews, I was sure I'd like it even though I'd never sat in one or seen one. Yes, it was well packaged. Yes, the instructions were understandable. Yes, it took 30 minutes to assemble after I'd unwrapped everything. But despite a careful, painstaking assembly it wasn't level when I was done - the seat tilted to the left. I thought: that can't be and put the chair on a surface I KNEW was level and got my carpenter's spirit level. And there it was, 3/8's of an inch off. I mean that's not even close. I double checked my assembly and it was spot on. So I returned it and kept shopping. Of course, that meant I had to disassemble it and figure out how to repack it which took another 45 minutes.

EXTREMELY COMFY OFFICE CHAIR
It's only been 3 days, but I'm still in love with my new Ticova office chair!First, it was very easy to put together, with clear, concise assembly instructions in English, with understandable pictures. TIP: It's a LOT easier to assemble with two people. Also, have a non-arm chair available to put the Ticova chair seat on, upside down. The seat assembly is done on the bottom of the seat, so it's much easier this way.Second, before you buy, realize that different-sized people require different size chairs (and assembly options). I'm 5'-8" tall, 160 pounds, and I fit this chair perfectly. Note, however, that I ASSEMBLED it with the armrests as close together as possible (19 1/4", but they can be assembled some 1-1 1/2" wider). I also chose to assemble the seat back as close as possible to the front of the seat, i.e minimum seat depth (about 18" from the front of the seat to the LUMBAR area, although you can choose to assemble it about 3/4" farther back). My wife is 5-2" tall, medium build, and this chair is almost too deep in the seat for her (but it's ok). Anyone smaller, or someone much over 6+ feet, and 200+ pounds, might want to consider a bigger, or smaller chair (check the dimensions, usually on one of the small thumbnail photos by the main product description).Lastly, the chair adjustments are as described, lumbar support up/down and in/out, armrests up/down, back tilts, rocks, locks, & tension adjusts. I separately purchased a set of armrest foam pads, which I recommend as extremely comfortable. The headrest also adjusts up/down, and it tilt/swivels to fit your head or neck. However, I can only reach it when I lean WAY back (not really a problem for me, as I seldom do that). But, that is a comfortable way to take a relaxing break once-in-a-while.OVERALL, this is a great OFFICE chair. It's what I would call "firm, but comfortable" - not soft & cushy, like you might want for lounging, or gaming. But, if you want a comfortable, ergonomic, business office chair, BUY THIS!

GREAT CHAIR!!! GREAT QUALITY!!!

I am super happy to receive the product one day ahead of predicting arrival time, and I can’t wait to install it. I have to say that the install instruction is very easy to follow, and all components are put separately in small plastic bags, and with clear label attached to each. The whole installing process is around 35min.The chair back has quite a big tilting angle, which is impossible for some other cheaper chairs. The height of the handle for this chair can also be adjusted based on needs. And this chair has a lot cushion in the seat, it is so comfortable that gives me motivation seating down and read. The least thing I can image is that it has a adjustable foam headrest, which is actually rear based on my observation for all similar products.Overall, I am quite satisfied with the office chair. I believe this is quite a good deal in comparison with other similar chairs. And I will update this review after using it for longer time.

Well built, easy to assemble and it WORKS
I am very pleased with the design, manufacture, shipping protection and easy assembly. If I was to ask for an added feature, it would be to have more headrest adjustments to allow the headrest to move forward over the top of the seat back.

Easy Assembly, Comfortable
The chair was relatively easy to assemble in less than 30 mins including unpacking, with clear instructions, included hardware (with spares) and tools. A nice touch was a pair of cotton gloves to avoid getting fingers slightly dirty from the (lightly) lubricated hardware. The chair is very comfortable; I wish I had bought something like this long ago to replace an old chair I have been using for years.
