Easy to swallow, no ill effects in the morning.Taken to aid sleep, one night in, helped me to relax. Woke up, read for 15 minutes then went back to bed. Helped me get back to sleep, felt more relaxed.

I felt completely relaxed within 30 minutes of taking one of these capsules.This type of magnesium is known for its calming effect and I can say they are the real thing as it worked so quickly. I take one or two capsules every night without fail and make the rest up with my diet. I only wish other companies would stop adding in preservatives and caking agents and other man made chemicals.People take supplements to improve their health and most of the time are buying unhealthy rubbish. These are as clean and additive free as you are going to get. I just wish the other health companies would do what these do and keep us in good health instead of just making a profit out of people wanting to get a safe product. Thank you to whoever makes these as they are an important nutrient which most of us are badly needing. Best sleep I have had in years as well as the other benefits of magnesium without the upset stomach lol. I would 100% recommend buying these.

First bottle was great but second doesn’t seem to do much
Was really pleased with my first purchase of these. I was yawning a while after taking them, got to sleep much quicker than usual and slept more soundly right through the night. I’m now on my second bottle but I don’t seem to be getting the same results, it’s making me think it’s a dud bottle. I’ve even upped the dose from 2 to 3, with little effect. Very odd.
