Sullivan 12" Terra Firma Scooter

My daughter loves this scooter and gets lots of compliments when riding it! The colour is beautiful and it’s sturdy and easy to ride (even I had a go and I’m 38). Love the scooter with the bigger wheels they are so much better and faster, plus it has a break - bonus.

This has really exceeded our expectations. It looks absolutely stunning. And there was no whinging whilst putting it tiger from my partner. He said it was so easy to put together.Can’t wait for our son to find it on Christmas morning.

My 7 year old son chose this scooter because he wanted one with wheels that he could use on different terrains. He absolutely loves it and is out on it everyday. It looks cool with the chrome colours. However I am less impressed because I feel the brake and handlebars of the scooter is cheap looking materials,I expect to get knocks and sure especially because my son is only young but he dropped it back accident and it took two chunks out of the cheap plastic on the brake in the first day. Also he has to lift the scooter over one step because otherwise it scrapes very easily on the floor, I expected wear and tear but his last scooter didnt do this.

I love the big wheels. My nearly 7 year old is able to go up and down on different terrain and curbs with ease and I don't feel like she's going to trip herself up. It does pick up a fair bit of speed. The break helps to slow her down on the back wheel to prevent flipping forward. I'd recommend this for boys or girls. We personalised the board with grip tape and added a bike bell.This first arrive with a faulty tyre and some deep scratches in the paint work. I ordered another and sent it back. The new one came the next day and the original was picked up days later and a refund processed the same day as collection with out any hassle.The instructions are more for people who already know what's what on a bike/scooter break system, not clearly labelled so it took some time to figure that part out on my own. There is a tip for tightening the handle bar in there once you've turned it around, I recommend you follow this or the handle bars will be going forward in no time.

It’s a good solid scooter, it’s a present so not given yet. Delivery was fast too. Would recommend

The product arrived on time. But missing the 2 small screws and Allen key. Unable therefore to assemble. Bought as birthday present. So I’ve a very disappointed birthday boy.

Back wheel doesn't run straight. Not sure if this was returned and resent out. A lot of things already assembled that should need resembling according to instructions. Brakes a nightmare to get right, may be down to rear wheel? Also made in China which if I know before wouldn't have ordered. Overall all over price in my opinion. Wouldn't buy again for the price.

Never have I purchased such high caliber junk.1. Bearings in wheels adjusted so tight they will not roll out of the box.2. Paint scratches by fingernail.3. Brakes are ornamental they do not function properly.4. Tubes leak from from the start hold 25 psi for about 3 hrs.

This scooter was a disappointment and not at all worth the price. The concept is sound and I’m a fan of the BMX style scooters but this company has serious quality control problems. I will never buy another Sullivan product. The scooter arrived filthy with a puncture through the package. The scooter parts were covered in dust and grime. The decals were wrinkled, I ripped them off. Threads on the axles were damaged which made assembly more difficult than it should have been (words where flying). The brake is poor quality all plastic. And as others have already mentioned the handle bar does not adjust up like most other scooters. But since it is a BMX type scooter every part but the frame can be upgraded with bike parts. However the expensive price makes this a ridiculous purchase and expensive hobby just to give a 7yr old a scooter. Some people may of had a better experience out of the box with this scooter, but I regret this purchase. Since the handle bar doesn’t adjust it is really only suitable for young children maybe 6-7 yr olds.

We were really disappointed in these. My kids love them and the concept of them., but the tires consistently go flag and come off the rim. We bought 3 of these and they all do the same things. 😭Definitely not made for outside terrain.

Excellent quality. Would be nice to be able to raise the handlebars.
