I love it! It was easy to assemble (i am 5ft, 120lbs) and the packaging was so nice meaning everything from the box it arrived in, to the internal package was neat, organized and well put together.,.you could tell that is was packaged with love! It's sturdy, it is lovely to look at ( I love the pop of blue) and it's comfortable to lay on. I just finished doing 10 sit-ups! I am super excited i bought this, and if you are looking for an ab bench you cannot go wrong with this one! I will say if you are very tall (over 6ft) it may run a little short for you. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

I'm 5'8 it is a little small but it's still pretty bad ass. I really like it, I use this for lower abs, upper abs and incline and decline dumbbell exercises i got rig of my weight bench and now i just use this, dumbbells' and body weight.... wayyyyy better now.

Nice quality and easy to assemble. I weight ~210 lbs and it is sturdy enough for me. My only problem is that my head is off the back of the bench when I am doing situps. Probably not a problem if you are on a carpet, but I use a blanket at the back where my head would hit the garage floor.

I like it more than the one at my gym. The pads aren't as bulky (under you knees and feet) and it's easier to use.

This product is very light weight. With the caveat that I may not have been following the recommended specification to the letter, it broke after only 3 month of use.

I like how compact it is, it can be even folded when not used. And the cushions are very comfortable, easy to assemble. What I don’t like about this is that it’s actually a bit small and short for men. My husband doesn’t like sitting on it but I do! Haha

First this product arrived very promptly and was packaged very well, assembly was very easy and didn't take much time at all. I brought this bench because it folds making it compact and convient, it is very sturdy and handles body weight very well, it is great for the ab work that I want to do, overall it is a great value and a very good product.

Awesome I'm 5ft 125lbs and this is perfect I love that I can fold it and store it away... if you're tall it may be kinda a hassle but it'll still work, for anyone not actually using there's in the reviews it's because they don't won't to work out!!!! It's a great bench!

Foldable and adjustable. Solid incline board and works perfect.

For the price and for a home gym piece of equipment this is a good item. But is is narrower than expected.
