Its that time of the year to bump up your vitiams. I give this to my husband and he can tell, and he feels sluggish if I forget to put it in his meds. Great price, easy to swallow, and tons of health benefits. Ask about taste?? No meds should taste good, so b why did that matter!!

Nothing special. Good alternative to the gummies and a much better value. Pretty large so if you have a hard time swallowing pills this wouldn’t be the best but my husband doesn’t mind.
