Ergocane 2G manufacturer offers outstanding customer service
After using the cane 3 months, there was a malfunction in the shock absorption feature. I was quite disappointed, because up to that point I had been very happy with it's premium features- comfortable grip, adjustable height, fantastic tip, but especially the pain-reducing shock absorption feature. I reached out to the manufacturer and within a week I receive a replacement cane. I am a pleased customer! The cane is more expensive than some, but for the unique features you get, and the fact that the manufacturer stands behind their product with excellent customer service, you will not regret your decision to buy this premium quality walking cane.

Ergocane won't stand alone
I ordered a carbon fiber ergocane but received a matte black cane. Decided I could live with the color because I liked the shock absorber feature which made for better walking. The stand alone rubber tip did not work 98% of the time even after walking with the cane to see if it would adjust. Very disappointing and too hard to repackage and return.

My arthritis in my hands love this cane
I have Arthritis in my hands and this grip is so easy to hold. It’s my first experience using a cane while waiting for knee replacement and it is so comfortable to use. A crutch caused my hands and hip to hurt so I guess the spring takes that jolt away The foot has 4 little rubber feet that move easily too. It’s a keeper

The shock adsorber is useless.
It costs a lot for what you get. I expected more. The shock adsorber idea makes it feel insecure. I am very disappointed. Also my next cane will stand up on it's own. This cane not only will not stand on it's own, it slides off most things I try to prop it up against.
