I didn't use them to keep bread fresh.
I ordered them to use as place markers in a genealogy ring-bound notebook. They're a bit bulky if I get too many of them at once, but they work great.

Also for labeling cords, parts bags, counter chips that you put on a nail. 0-9 4 nails 0-9999 able to be counted. Many uses!

These are terrific, way better than the twist ties. You can no longer collect these as the stores do not use them, but at least you can purchase them for now ....
