Customer service excellent. Wasn't able to use this product as it was delivered with the incorrect fuse! When it was plugged into the power supply it caused our home electrics to blow. Checked fuse and found it was supplied with an incorrect Amp fuse. No quibble from the supplier. They arranged collection and refunded immediately upon receipt.
