Great flavor but color is TOO DARK
Great flavor, super concentrated. Color is darker than I had wished. The amount I wanted to use for flavor ended up turning everything so dark they were practically black. I ended up using regular ube powder instead even though the flavor of this is amazing

tastes very good, but no real ube
I got this brand because several articles and recipes said this was the best tasting one. It does taste good and is priced right. However, I learned very quickly that the extract will stain fingers and dish towels. I was very disappointed to look at the ingredient label and see this doesn't contain any actual ube, but "artificial sweet potato flavor" instead.

Not worth, poor taste stains easily
I don't know why this has so many good reviews. It's one of those flavorings that you can only taste the ube in the back of your mouth, but it doesn't actually flavor anything u put it in. The dye they use to color the liquid is so strong that it stained my teeth really badly. Do not recommend, just get ube powder instead

No flavor, basically just purple food coloring
I got this to add ube flavoring to bread. It didn’t add any flavor. However, it did make the bread a beautiful rich purple color. I was disappointed it didn’t add any flavor. If you’re looking to add ube flavoring, try something else. If you want a beautiful rich purple food coloring, this is perfect for you! This was 2 tsp added to my a sourdough bread recipe.
