I thought the heel was a little too clunky looking at it online, but when I finally received the shoes then I was satisfied with the block heel...more support.Just lookin' at these, they're bangin'! I love these, and I get second looks from others when I wear them.From my own past experience, Steve Madden cuts small; so I ordered one full size up; and it worked.I normally wear a size 8.5 M but I initially chose 9.5 M and I was certainly glad I did so that I didn't have to go through the hassle of exchange/return.My foot sits comfortably within the front band without too much space in the front-toe area, and the length is perfect where my heel lands; so I hope this puts some of your concern at ease with length/width.The four stars are due to the switch up in size. It shouldn't be that way, but it is. I still love them.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this shoe because I have been wanting a clear heel. I never write reviews btw! I am so pissed that I must leave a review and maybe it will help someone else avoid the trouble. I wear a 7 in heels. I ordered a 7.5 to be safe but it was too small! So I exchanged and ordered a 8. The 8 was literally not even different from the 7.5 so I tried to exchange the 8 for an 8.5 but amazon only allows 1 exchange per item or whatever so I could not exchange. I had to BUY the 8.5 because I can’t wait for 14 days to get a refund for the other ones when I need them for a funeral Friday! And 14 days to refund someone is too long amazon!!! Technology is too fast in 2020 please do better!! Anyway the 8.5 is still too small on the foot and now the strap part is loose and big! And I never had to go up to a 8.5 heel! 🙄This shoe also is very tight on the foot and uncomfortable if you are going to be standing for a while. If you purchase I would go 2 sizes up! They run ridiculously small and again they are definitely tight on the foot. I have a funeral Friday that I really needed a clear heel for. I’m super annoyed and disappointed especially since everything is closed due to cov19 and this was my only option! The shoe is very pretty to look at but to wear IT’S A ABSOLUTE NO FOR ME!!!! I haven’t worn a heel that hurt my foot like this in a long time! #Epicfail

Arrived in time for my even. They were comfortable at first but after a while I had to take them off.

Love this shoe , it’s so pretty I couldn’t send it back…I gave them to my daughter to practice walking in and will be ordering a 2nd pair for myself! Definitely not a true to size fit…I advise ordering at least 1/2 size up maybe even a whole size….

I purchased these shoes after seeing them at Macy's. I am flat footed so I sized up. I normally wear a size 7 and bought an 8. They are a bit longer but it's okay. The ball of the shoe is pretty flat so I plan to add extra support on the ball of the shoes. Overall they are very comfortable.

No son comodas, bastante incomodas

So this was the second time i ordered this shoe the first time i got a 8 which is my normal shoe size but i used a measuring tape and saw i needed to go up a size and a half which was perfect the shoe overall once i wore them twice they were super comfortable

I absolutely love these heels! They look so good on and have some cushion to the heel and arch parts of the shoe. I will say after reading the reviews to size up 1/2 size from your normal shoe size. Im usually between a 7-7.5 in regular shoes, and like to buy my heels in size 7 for a more secure fit. I ordered a size 8 and they fit my feet perfectly! I also have narrower feet, so if you have wider feet I'd say size up a full size to be safe.
