The board Great! The leash Meh! The plugs and screws? We shall see.......
This is a great entry level foamie. It's a bit on the short side, so maybe it should be your "second" learner board. But a great value for the money, and it is really, really light and easy for the youngster to carry. I would recommend this as a "kids" board. (under 150 lbs). The kick pad is a great idea. Makes this more of a foam fun board. The Hawaiian graphics on the board are cool too.The negatives.1. The leash, I know you're trying to keep a certain price point, but we replaced the leash before we even went into the water for a higher quality one. (it looked too flimsy) Perhaps you could offer 2 leash options for 2 different prices?2. The Plugs/fin screws are a special shape..... My daughter broke the leash plug pretty quickly, and I can't find a replacement one on the internet from the usual sources.. (The leash plug is hexagonal at the board surface, not round. and due to the thickness of the board the plug is longer than your standard plug.) How do I contact the manufacturer for a set of additional plugs? Maybe you could include 3-4 extra plugs, with the board, just in case?3. So basically the leash plug has cost my daughter a few weekends of not surfing. We hesitate to use the board until we get the correct plug, because we do not want to get water into the board which could rot the core.4. Suggestion....throw in a small bar of beginner wax.... How much could it cost you? Beginners probably don't even realize the board needs wax for traction.5. Suggest a user manual with suggestions for care and keeping of the board. Many people might not know that the board will bubble and separate if kept in a hot car, or direct sunlight. A local Surf shop actually warned us about this, so we did not have any issues, It is not a defect of the board, it is just how the board is constructed, and a buyer needs to be aware of that. Please let me know how to contact the manufacturer for a set of additional plugs and screws...... thanks.....

Great customer service...
I purchased this surfboard for my 9 year old son on his birthday in May. Unfortunately, we didn’t put the fins on until August when we were going out to the beach to use the board and we noticed it was missing a fastener which secures one of the fins. I contacted the company and even though we were way beyond the 7 day return policy, they sent us a bunch of new fasteners so great customer service… As far as the board, my son loves it and had a blast out in the waves. Very affordable as well….

Shops awesome board sucks
I would not recommend buying this board unless you're a five-year-old. This has the worst materials ive ever seen on a surfboard I won't even use this thing. However the guy at shop 247 we're super cool about it when trying to return it.. So this review is more towards the shop then the board shops awesome board sucks.

The design started peeling off after a couple weeks. We were out one afternoon and the board was in the sun. When we were packing up we realized the board had bubbles all over the top from the heat and sun. Our other boards were out too and didn't do that. You get what you pay for. This was a starter board for a 7 year old. It works for what we need it now but I don't think it will last more than a couple years.

Perfect beginner board
Perfect beginner board. My daughter weighs 61 pounds and this board was excellent for her. Easy for her to carry all by herself too.

Good quality.
It's of good quality for the price. I bought it for a decoration in my daughter's room, so no actual surf experience. Beware, it has a MAJOR petroleum smell...had to let it air out for months before it was reasonable indoors. Maybe using it in the water would've helped :)

Great Quality
I was surprised at the quality of this board for the price we paid. Great for our kiddos and holds up well to the beating it has taken with weekly use.
