I used it for makeup and it worked very well

Only half of what you need.
It's okay I've only taken 3 of them but no bad filler's or flow agent's and no soy is why I bought the stuff.update i had to stop using this due to it not being a complete Vitamin e and i needed a full spectrum this was hurting me more than helping plus after seeing a doctor 200 iu was recomended of all 8 parts of vitamin e instead of just 4.
