Great gluten-free waffle mix!
We love the Golden Malted waffles offered by several of the chain hotels on their serve-yourself bar. When looking to order that mix, I discovered the company offers this gluten-free alternative. Our son has food allergies, including wheat, and these are almost as yummy as the original that I was searching for to feed the rest of our family. These gluten-free waffles beat all I've found so far. In fact, we like them so well I just purchased a case from the company.

Our Favorite!
We have tried several Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mixes and this by far is our favorite - it is super easy to prepare (just add water), texture is smooth and fluffy, and taste is yummy! I am ordering more!

I had the most wonderfully tasting waffles
This is a fabulous waffle mix! On vacation while having breakfast in a hotel, I had the most wonderfully tasting waffles, When asked, I was told it was Carbon's Golden Malted Gluten Free brand. As soon as I got home, I went online and placed an order and have been ordering ever since! They taste amazing and have a hint of vanilla flavor. I am not gluten sensitive, but due to digestive issues had been unable to eat breads, pancakes, etc. I have no problem eating these and have bought many for family members to try. They too now only purchase this brand! Highly recommended!
