I love this ball. If it were a person I would marry it. It can deal with my considerable weight, I can use it as a chair at work and it has almost completely eliminated the back pain I had from sitting in a chair. Of course, if you work in a busy office you may have to put up with one annoying day of everyone else coming up and kicking it. However, you’ll be so comfortable you will keep smiling and only slightly feel like punching them in the face. There is one lady in my office who was having a horrible day, she was sceptical about my ball. She sat on it for 2 minutes, bounced on it a bit and then begged me to order her one while pressing cash into my hands. She is so happy now.Useful also for yoga stuff.

I love this ball. I'm always playing around on it. I find it very soothing, I haven't started doing any exercises yet, but if I have tummy cramps then this has been great to lean on, i can imagine it being good for pregnancy, labour and for post birth sitting on it rocking your baby gently in your arms, its very comfy. I don't need to stability ring, so that's still in the box. My balance has improved on it greatly in a short space of time. I sit on it a lot to strengthen my back and improve posture. If I worked in an office id definitely use this as my office chair. I have used it to do crafting and eating at the table.It was easy to inflate; once it is at room temp, inflate 80% then wait 24 hrs to inflate to 100%.It came with a pump to inflate and deflate the ball. 65cm is great for my height 5ft 5in, there are 3 sizes for different heights, so its worth getting the right ball for your height, which you can find out online. But love love love it, wish I brought it years ago.There is an e book that u get with it,, I didn't receive mine automatically but I contacted the seller and asked how I get the ebook and they emailed it to me straight away.

The product was delivered seamlessly, as and when expected with upfront communication, although this is what I have come to expect from Amazon who clearly invest their time in getting their service right for their customers, as such my first experience with your brand was a positive one. I found the ball relatively easy to inflate and whilst keen to get going with it, followed the advice to leave it 80% inflated overnight.Although your product was not at the lower end of the budget, for me, it was really all about quality. At 7 months pregnant, I wanted something I could trust. I use the ball daily both for exercise and to encourage the baby to get into the right position for birth. Even when I’m working from home I find it more comfortable to sit on than a dining room chair (I’m almost tempted to take it into the office!). I am already practicing birthing techniques with the ball and see it as my companion for when that time comes! Prior to being pregnant I have been a 4 times a week gym bunny for the last 15 years and used a number of different exercise balls and on reflection, although not used in the same way, I have really noticed the quality of your exercise ball in particular. I have already recommended it to my Antenatal class!I hope to continue to use the ball after birth as I get back into my fitness regime.

I have been using this as an office chair now for 12 days now. IT is not exactly comfortable but that's the whole point I think - it stops me from sitting too long and getting a painful back and knees. It encourages a better posture and exercises core muscles as well which I have definitely noticed an improvement in. My only gripe is the fact that it only includes a very poor quality foot pump which squashed and wouldn't regain original shape within a few pumps. Will likely have to purchase a better quality pump if it ever needs to be re inflated. The ring at the base is excellent and stops it rolling around. It was well packaged and arrived promptly.

I must admit, I haven't used this as much as I had anticipated when I bought it, but I can't fault the product. Lovely colour, nice and sturdy and great matching stability ring too. I had a few issues pumping it up for the first time (despite following the instructions and letting it 'sit' at partial inflation for 24 hours it still then took another two gradual increases to get it to full diameter – so several days in total) but it's been fine ever since, and all the accessories have worked exactly as they should.How does this compare to the cheaper options for sale on amazon? I can't say. However, I will say that the Mind Body customer service has been impeccable. Follow up emails (not excessive but a helpful number) a free ebook, and an offer for a free pack of kinesiology tape too! I have no doubt that even if something does go wrong with this, they will sort it. They've been brilliant all round.

This is a large exercise ball recommended to me by my physiotherapist after tearing my hamstring and suffering consequent limitations in mobility.It’s a very pleasing turquoise colour and supplied with an inflatable ring which sits on the floor underneath the ball to prevent it moving around.The instructions state you should inflate the ball to 80% of its designed air capacity and then allow it 24 hours before inflating it to its full size; a tape measure is supplied so you can ensure the eventual diameter is right. The only gripe I would have is that the foot pump supplied is quite weak and low quality, and only just up to the job, so if you have a better pump – like a bicycle tyre pump for example with the right connector – this will be easier.A minority of reviewers write that their ball burst or spontaneously deflated. It’s so robust that I can’t see how this could happen unless the production batch was faulty – or unless greatly excess weight was placed on it.The ball is great to use as a seat at your desk, as it’s the right height and forces you to use your leg and back muscles just to keep seated, and the stability ring prevents it moving around on the floor.Good product.
