Helly-Hansen womens Moss Rain Coat

Just wore this coat in a downpour and I'm still dry! I've bought more expensive raincoats where the water eventually seeps in the fabric and I end up soaked. That didn't happen with this one. The fit was perfect - I normally wear a large and it fit true to size. There were reviews that complained about having a hard time getting things in and out of the pockets but I didn't have an issue. The pockets have a top flap that helps to keep the contents dry by not letting the rain get in. This coat is good quality, and even comes with a patch kit.

This is exactly what I've been looking for to take rainy day walks in!! Perfect weight, moves with ease, medium weight fabric. Hood is generous and the collar comes up high enough that you can cinch the hood and only your face is peeking out. Perfect for rain or wind!! Very sturdy zipper. Love the color. Back vent is aerated under the flap. Fabric swatch included for repairs. Phthalate free!!! Love it!!

This is the perfect raincoat for be. I'm 5'8" and usually wear a medium. But I have another Helly Hansen jacket in size large that is close fitting , so I decided to order a large raincoat. It fits very comfortably and isn't baggy. The sleeves are especially long and cover my wrists, which I appreciate in a raincoat. I like the mid thigh length. It's very sturdy and attractive I'm very happy to find this.

I live in Western WA State, where it rains a LOT. I walk every morning. I wanted to buy a new waterproof jacket - I tried one from another manufacturer that was three times the price of this one, which I returned because it was too light-weight and ran small. I love my new Helly Hansen jacket - I paid about $89 at the beginning of December, 2020 - I see they've raised their price. Great features: (1) Fully waterproof - it really does the job! (2) Has reasonably big cargo pockets in the front - big enough to hold my 24 oz Contigo water bottle; (3) Has a bit of weight to it, which is helpful on cold, windy mornings; (4) Runs big enough that I can wear a fleece jacket underneath; (5) The hood keeps my glasses dry; and (6) Snaps on the end of sleeves are helpful, and pockets/zipper are fully protected. Detriments (reasons I gave this 4 stars instead of 5): (1) No side pockets for hands; (2) Cargo pockets should be a bit bigger/roomier; (3) Color choices are not great (I bought the dark blue, which is ok); and (4) The zipper is a one-way zipper; I'd prefer a two-way zipper.

I am so glad I bought this! We live on our boat and have been caught in a few downpours underway to an anchorage. This is excellent. Pockets have good snap closures and the hood is great. Can't beat the Helly Hansen quality and the price was reasonable. I am 5ft 5 in and 162 pounds and ordered a medium. There is not a lot of room for layers. If you need this for a cooler climate, you may want to order a size up.

I’ve been a fan of Helly Hansen for years. I stopped purchasing them when the price got to high. Was thankful when I was able to find a nice one for my wife with a nice price point. Needless to say she loves it. Helly Hansen keeps you comfortable and dry. They also are true to size but being a raincoat expect to have a little more room than usual but not overly large. Enjoy!!! HOT plastic, non-functional pockets, crappy sleeve closures. You can buy a finer rain coat that’s actual Gortex, breathes, has higher styling, zippered vented underarms and ergonomic pockets, for another $100 or equal or less price 2nd hand. It is definitely waterproof, enjoy sweating.

Maravilloso! Chubasquero de una calidad superior, como tiene que ser cuando hay lluvia y viento. Tacto suave. Materiales y acabados increíbles. Es 100% recomendable y no me separé de él cuando haya días de lluvia. La talla S es perfecta para mí. 168cm, 53kg. Incluso te puedes poner un abrigo por debajo o un jersey muy gordo. Este chubasquero no es un abrigo, pero sí que cumple con la función proteger de la lluvia y el viento. Tiene cremallera y grapas. También grapas en las muñecas para que no entre lluvia.

Finally a real rain coat! Love the material, haven't used yet so will add to comment when I do. But seems to be great waterproof material. Love the fit and style. I ordered xs and have room to wear it with a sweater/hoodie. I'm 5'5, 123lbs to give an idea of fit size. It's length is great, its not above waist. So coverage is good, it's down to bottom. I purchased navy. Very Happy with it! It's also true to description as real H.H brand. Highly recommend
