A good resource to understand neuroscience behind anxiety
A nice book for those undergoing anxiety and to therapist who are treating this disorder. I see a lot of repeatition in the content making this a long book to read and hence giving a four star.Possibly a chapter on how alternative therapies like Yoga and Acupressure work on anxiety will be useful.

Simple techniques yet effective. The neuro anatomical n neuro physiological approach makes everything connected n easy to understand. Good work!
