are you sure iron man??
i am a luthier. I’ve built many nice carve top guitars with set neck. take it to a different luthier not just a guitar tech.1 you said after a week you started noticing some buzz. actually if the humidity is quite different between its last home and yours that can happen.2. there is no warp from left to right correct? just looking at he picture the strings seem o run straight and even with the side of the neck.im no where near the size of ESP but my woods for instance after i buy it stays on my racks before ever being considered for use atleast a year or two and many 10 years or more.when i start to square up a piece for use right on my table saw i can usually tell if there’s a problem with the woo. normally wood can warp if ts stressed. a knot in the grain can do it you’ll notice the grain start to tighten uo nearing a knot or you can have stress in the wood. ill usually square up a piece and let it sit. if its going to do something weird it will do it within a couple days, like placing it on my ultra flat table saw table. it would start to rock, for a rock guitar thats not good. in those factories each person in the production line may not be a luthier but they are excellent at the part hey build a problem neck would be discarded. anyway take it to a reliable person who builds high end guitars. he/she will know how to set the truss rod. . it could be a high fret. there’s a lot to check. I have built guitars for over 40 years and I’ve never had a guitar returned. especially for something like that. if your neck is warped like you sayi will be amazed and if i wore a hat id eat it. good luck.

You are taking a risk of getting a poorly made one
Bought this 2021 guitar through Reverb and it arrived mint, just like brand new. It played amazing but after sitting in my room for 6 days I began to notice string buzz. I never adjusted or did anything to the instrument. I took it to my local experienced guitar tech and he told me where the neck meets the body is slightly warped. The notes up high, near the pickups buzz and will sometimes fizz out in certain places. This cannot be fixed buy the guitar could be made to sound better with a full fret leveling. The neck cannot be fixed. This leads me to believe that something was built wrong and not QCd correctly. There is nothing that can be done about it for there is no return policy. Yes u can buy this guitar and it perform fine, but u r taking a risk that due to poor build, this could happen to you.
