It looks and feels cheap, I will be buying another type. The top doesn't screw in it just rests on top of the container.

Really unfortunate that an "eco-friendly" product didn't hold up for more than a month. The soap dripped down from the pump dispenser and eroded the silver finish at the base of the pump, creating a blue, nasty mess.

I returned this product primarily because it was slightly damaged in shipping because it was poorly packed. I also found it to be rather disappointing since it barely resembled wood and was thin - seemed cheap.

Looks great. I feel like it doesn't give enough soap with each pump. Gunk builds up under the pump on the shiny plastic.
