Cool little snake cam
I took a chance at this for the price, it was well worth it. Easy to use and easy to set up. I used it to find a small leak on a pipe in the wall. Saved me a lot of work. 4/5 because it’s not high def but it will get you what you need.

Works well underwater
I use this every once in awhile since the building I maintain has very old galvanized steel pipes that get clogged or the time to time ring or earrings that go down the shower drain. I attach it to my retractable tweezer line and able to see if I can either unclog corroded pipe sections or rarities grab those rings or earrings in the system without telling people sorry for your loss cos the pipes run down chases comprised of cinder blocks with no access and asbestos pipe coatings.

Super handy
Product came as described. I used it to inspect my toilet when my son flushed his alphabet toys and said look dad P in the toilet😂😂😂After a quick assembly and app install it indeed found the letters and I was able to get the issue resolved instead of hiring someone to do it for a ton of money. This product came through for a big win.Good to go😎

Picture quality was decent
The camera is good for the price and the picture quality. The overall quality of the unit feels cheap, but the price reflects that. The battery and Wi-Fi box feels very fragile and I do not think it will hold up for long. Also it has very fine thread on the accessories and camera that were made poorly and will easily cross if not careful. The app did not download properly the first time and is basic, the Wi-Fi is very temperamental and kicked me off. If you just need something to use once or twice then this might be good for you. I need something I can use over and over so I will not be keeping it.

Works well in the field with an iPhone and can be used as a USB camera with a computer.
I bought this endoscope camera to check some owl nest boxes that were mounted on poles 14 feet from the ground. I mounted the camera on a bamboo stick, with a bracket on the end, so I could see into the boxes. I used the Inskam software to communicate with my iPhone and confirmed the boxes were empty. A few days later a house finch started to build a nest on the eaves of our house. I mounted the camera on a pole and fed the cable through a window, so I could monitor activity while indoors. Although the wifi unit worked well with an iPhone, I found it more convenient just to plug the USB cable of the camera directly into my laptop and use VLC software to capture movies and stills. I got good videos of nest building and egg laying from a few inches away (the focus of the camera is fixed at around 3 to 10 cm). As others have noted, the mirror attachment for viewing at 90 degrees is poor quality and difficult to clean. For my purposes it was easier to bend the camera cable to get the right angle

Easy Setup for iOS - Works a Charm!
Some endoscopes may be advertised as for iOS, but when received really aren't - they're meant for PC, Android - or Mac. This one IS for iOS! Here's a description of the item. The endoscope comes in a sturdy, white carboard box with a slip-on oversleeve - good for storage (don't tear it up!). It has a rigid, but still flexible, cable; comes with 4 different, screw-on ends to a) waterproof the camera and protect the external threads, b) provide a 90-degree mirror, c) add a magnetic end, and d) provide a cable-pull hook. Although the name of the App for Inskam (the maker) has changed on the Apple Store, it was easy to find, downloaded quickly and gave no issues. The sequence to use the endoscope is a little difficult to understand from the text (jargon gets a bit technical and loops back to cover different situations - it's all there but a little confusing) but is, in reality, simple:1. Charge the Wi-Fi module with the included USB-A cable2. Turn on the Wi-Fi module by holding the square switch for 2-3 seconds - it displays status in a text window3. On the iPhone go to Settings/Wi-Fi, Turn on if necessary, and join the Inskam network4. Start the Inskam App on the iPhone5. Access video in the Inskam App (click to view)It's that simple, really EASY! The Camera states that it has a "best range" of 3-6mm, but gives a clear view of my monitor 14" away, and items beyond (low res but acceptable). Near items are sharp. I haven't tried to access 1200p resolution as yet - haven't needed to!So, good, easy, inexpensive endoscope that works for iOS. 😁

Video gets blurry up close but pretty cool for the price.

Poor quality, not worth the money
very difficult to control and flex, and even when you do get it in, the quality is too poor/framerate too low even with the light on
