The item I received was not what was advertised. Original order stated the boxes had transparent windows and they do not.I wanted the transparent windows to help make my life easier. I am now concerned that as I am housebound and live alone I have no way of returning this order myself and was hoping a courier could pick it up. I get several deliveries each month . Would it be possible for one of the people who deliver to me to pick up the item to be returned.I really don’t know what to do.

I bought this product for the storage of wool and other craft items. I don't have a lot of space and this item fits perfectly in a gap I had.I bought 2 packs (totalling 4 units) and was so pleased at how good they are that I've bought another 4 for delivery tomorrow.The units are easy to assemble and have rigid panels and a metal frame to keep them robust.The view window is neat too.The magnetic opening and closing is a nice touch and didn't realise how useful that would be until I got them.The only piece of constructive criticism is that the items would benefit from a stronger magnet as sometimes it doesn't grab and stick open or closed and takes a few attempts for the magnets to hold. This is my rationale for the 4 star review rather than 5 star.

I found these easy to assemble and if done properly they are sturdy.I love the clear window so you can see your items inside but I’m afraid the closing system lets these otherwise great storage boxes down.One box will close (although it took a lot of perseverance and lining up) the other one will not close no matter what I do.For the price paid I would expect this function to be faultless. I see lots of people have people have reported the same issue so it’s something the manufacturers really need to resolve.

one was different from the other where the flap to seal on the tape didnt match the lower side so one stays open whist the other closes - not too sturdy this has to be placed on a solid flat surface and if you are planning to put one on the other, i would suggest some card on the base of the top one to strengthen it. I imagine its good for clothes more than cosmetics.

Absolutely love these for storing my yarn stash . Mainly cardboard and fabric - great quality, easy to put together and very happy with the design. They hold more yarn than I’d expected so that’s a bonus too

A bit smaller than expected but that's my issue as I didn't read the measurements, It does what it is made for and is sturdy.

Very expensive for what is made of, fabric quite thin.

Very good for organising, but not cheap,sturdy,easy to assemble, especially as I am not good at things like that. Once I have got everything organised hopefully won't need more!
