Great product for repairing damaged wood
Highly recommend this the product - it's is absolutely amazing! If you have exposed wood that has rotted out, this seals and fills even larger areas. Easy to mix and dries quickly. Add a little texture and paint, and the wood looks like new. So much better than traditional wood fillers. Abatron also sells a liquid filler that is great for a pre-treat or to mix with the WoodEpox. I've used this for several repairs, and even after several years, the repairs look great.

Amazing, indispensable product
I am restoring a 75 year old house, including wood sash windows and siding. This stuff is absolutely essential to my restoration work. It is my go-to product for wood repairs. It is easy to use and apply, can be molded into any shape, and fills wood areas flawlessly. I worked recently on a wood window sash with big chunks of it rotted away. I used both the Abatron LiquidWood on spongy areas (if you haven't looked at that product, do so as it is equally amazing), and this putty product to fill areas. I had whole chunks of wood missing from this window frame, and I was able to fill it, sand it to shape, and basically rebuild the sash with this product. Once cured, it sands down much like wood and takes paint OK (I didn't use stain, so I can't say how it does in that area). I use this all the time and as soon as I get low I order more. Fantastic product. My only "wishful" comment is this: the LiquidWood is a pure liquid (also 2-part) which firms up spongy or punky wood, and does a great job, but it is a liquid. This is a putty, so you use it like a putty or child's dough -- form it into shapes, use it to fill wood areas, let it harden, and sand it as needed. I just wish Abatron would make a product like this that was between a liquid and a putty ... something along the consistency of frosting or cake batter that could be smoothed into place with a putty knife and pressed into cracks and holes. This is OK, but you can't really smooth it with a putty knife, as it is too "doughy" for that. That being said, if you are doing wood repair, it is a most excellent product, both in the application and in working it after it has cured.

For Dry Rot this is awesome
I recently had to repair this large well made wooden porch, 98% of this porch is beautiful, but it was built 30 years ago and there were a bunch of dry rot patches. Some fairly large, I ended up using over a gallon of this material and yes it is not cheap, but it is load bearing easy to mix, easy to fill / paint, totally paintable. What more can I say. If the cost is acceptable to you, this is really an excellent product. I would recommend taking the youtube advice and buy a can of WD40 and plastic putty knives, they will probably show up under the other things to purchase (the putty knives not the WD40), but a little WD on the knives keeps the material from sticking and once you do it a couple of times you will create very smooth sides that require very little sanding. I personally used an oscillating sander it allowed me to easily remove the rot and nicely sand the material before painting. Definitely search youtube for some video's it will help you master the use of this quickly. Really this product was easy to use and fit for purpose.

Good for deep fills; correct size shipped; shipping box and some 'parts' need improvement
First, Amazon shipped the right size that I ordered (2 X 16 oz containers) via Prime. After reading the reviews about incorrect sizes shipped, I was worried but fortunately my shipment made Oct 30 was fine. I think this is likely the best product out there for filling a deep area. On the downside, it was shipped to me using only the flimsy yellow 'store shelf' box that you see in the product listing with a mailing label slapped onto the side. Not really enough strength to protect two 16 oz tubs of product through the shipping process. I suggest that at least for this size they use an additional outer shipping box. Also, inside the yellow box for this size there were no 'tongue depressor' - type wood sticks for removing product from tubs -- I had to make my own by cutting a paint stirrer in half. And finally, the 'gloves' in the box were flimsy and useless. If Abatron wants to sell a premium product at a premium price (and to be clear, I would buy this again if needed), then I suggest that they spend a few cents more to include a decent pair of disposable gloves (like the guy uses in their own how-to video), and a couple of robust wooden sticks in the box.

Permanent fix
If you have rotted wood that needs a permanent repair this product works great. Once it sets up it can be sanded and painted. It is harder than wood and water resistant.

Works as described, perhaps even better.
Excellent product. Very easy and intuitive to work with both before and after it's hardened. Takes well to sanding and being stacked on top of itself. Definitely use alcohol on your putty knife when smoothing this as recommended in the instructions. Makes a huge difference for appearance. Note: This is completely different than wood filler paste (which closely resembles spackle in application method). This product is closer in feel to modeling clay.

Obviously used product packaged as new
There was a round, clear plastic sticker securing the package, leading me to believe the product was new and unused. One container may have been new. The other, the plastic lid had a split where it had been pried open, there were dried product and scuff marks on the lid and elsewhere. Not only that, that one used container had two red marker marks on the lid, which may very well mean it had been a return and then deliberately, obviously, been put new packaging. See my photos. I returned it.

Quando vivevo negli Stati Uniti, usavo sempre woodepox. Sono così felice di poter comprare in Italia!

I was a little sceptical at first when I received the pots but once I started using it it was fantastic. Really easy to use, like play-doe. I recommend placing it in a warm place first as this makes the resulting 'putty' much more malleable. It's expensive but is easy to mold, can fill large areas quickly and hardens well. I was able to sand, carve and drill it successfully.

Overall, a great product. It's easy to mix because or the 1:1 ratio, and stays workable for a long time, but sets up within a few hours (sooner if you apply heat). As advertised, it doesn't shrink when cured, and it's easy to carve and sand. I used it to fill a large rotted section in exterior wood window molding, and it performed beautifully. One minor negative - it is the consistency of play dough and doesn't adhere easily to the wood. It wants to stick to your gloved hands instead. Pressing it in with a putty knife helps, but tooling and forming can be awkward. You get the hang of it though.

I will buy this again an old rotten door was completely restored. A killer for rotten fascia timber restoration. Also molded a piece of refrigerator plastic door shelf, was missing/broken, about year ago still works not to mention the shelf always overloaded with so many bottles.
