It works mostly
The media could not be loaded. So i really do like this product, however it's difficult to know how big your double glazing is, it worked for my sister's windows but not mine. It also worked very well for the car.It has adjustable suction which great.£70 seems very steep for me, unless it's the only way that you can clean the outside window or you're cleaning professionalally. It comes with a safety loop for your finger, so you don't have to worry about the outer piece falling on someone's head, it does drop every now and then, but that is fine.It comes with only 1 set of microfiber cloths, ideally you need at least 3 per clean, as they get too dirty, and the other windows won't be cleaned as well.

Waste of money
I purchased the D3 that was the one recommended for my thickness windows. Used as instructed, with the string loop on my finger. The outside part fell and the blue section with the magnet fell out and then would not remain in. When screwing the other side to tighten the magnet, this resulted in a bulge on the outer red side. £69.00 down the drain. Very disappointed.

First one that came has some issues but a new one was quickly sent
The first wiper I received had some issues with the dials to control the magnetic force. I contacted the seller and was quickly sent a replacement. I've had the chance to do all the windows now and they're lovely and clean. Much better than my previous spiderman method. I've seen people showing the wiper just falling off the window. I think they missed 3 things.1 - make sure you have the right thickness for the magnets. Mines doubled glazed and the D-3 is plenty strong enough.2 - Spray a lot of cleaner on the window. It says it on the instructions and it makes a big difference. The wiper blades are fairly sticky so if you're doing it on a flat window, the magnets are going to have a job dragging the opposing wiper.3 - Do it slowly. As I mentioned previously, the blades are sticky and sometimes you'll getting the cleaner liquid to parts of the window. 2 of mine require dragging the cleaning liquid to areas you just can't get too. if you're slow the opposing one will have a greater chance to catch up.

Easy to use
I was skeptical about window cleaners that are not "traditional" but the build quality of the Tyroler cleaner is supreme. The magnets are super strong (you need to be careful or you'll lose a finger!) which makes the "suction" work on my double-glass windows. It comes with two microfibre cloths to attach to the device post-usage for spotless results. So far, im quite happy with it.

Works, sort of
As many people, I was looking for a way to clean the outside of my windows without relying to external services. This looked like the most promising solution.First things first, it works. Sort of.You need to spray window cleaning solution to both sides of the window. And you need to spray a lot. If it dries before you are done cleaning you need to spray again because it wont glide smoothly across the surface. The main issue is that the pressure applied is not even across the surface, leaving you with a lot of streak marks. Probably, if you keep your windows in tip top condition that might not be an issue but for now, that's where it stands.Using the pads to remove those streaks or dry the windows simply does not work. The magnets will rarely keep the two parts in place in order to do any work. The build quality is really good but still too expensive for something that sort of works.

Not the best but does an okay job
It does a reasonable job. You have to do it slowly. You need to be able to put some kind a f cleaning substance on the outside windows which is always easy. The cloth supplied clears smears. It would be good if you had a cloth you could put soapy water on

Too difficult to use
This is well made, that’s why I have given it one star, but when it comes to using it words fail me I’m afraid. The principal is ideal but not the practicality. I tried twice to use it and twice it fell off the window. You need to be an arm wrestler to prise the magnets apart. I sent it back the same day. An expensive gadget that doesn’t work in my opinion.

Finally my grotty window is clean!
We have one window that hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. It can’t be reached from the ground and opens outwards so the outside is literally impossible to clean. I’d reluctantly accepted that it would always be grim until I discovered this tool. I bought the adjustable version and it was the perfect magnetism strength out of the box. It’s quite physical work as the magnets are strong and you need to use plenty of cleaning fluid. By taking it slow and steady I was able to use it with ease.It doesn’t leave a perfect finish and I wouldn’t use it for accessible areas, but it left my window so much cleaner than it was. I highly recommend it for cleaning truly unreachable windows.
