I love this board. It’s a bit heavy, but not so heavy you can’t move it or travel with it.. just needs a sturdy case. It’s very sturdy. One touch light brightness. And 1 touch dimmer with the last touch being completely turned off. It works jyst like my older one which lasted years. I actually bought a wooden adjustable desk easel/art board almost the same size which has made it even more perfect and easier to work on. I can adjust it to my physical comfort zone for drawing. I highly recommend this board. It’s big but not too big for my desk. This board is really well made and measured a bit larger than other A2 boards for a much better price! Loving it! I wish it had another port for USB but that was not a game changer. Whoever designed this board you did an amazing job, thank you! Oh and for those thinking it? It is not magnetic. Using the board under it though keeps your pages in place. If I need it I’ll use painters tape. Hope this helps someone else.

“IMAGE A2”: A2 Paper is -16.54 x 23.36 inches. (Varies a tenth or two depending on the source.) Others say their A2 but give dimensions that are to small. This is a true A2 size board. The light adjusts smoothly, no steps. The light switch is touch sensitive, like your phone. Don’t mash it. At full brightness the light is bright enough to light up a 10 x 12 room. There is light projected down to the surface, it sits on, around the board. Surface is smooth hard plastic. The frame is flush with the work surface. No flex in ours. Not a cutting board. Still looking for an angled support that I feel will support its size. For now I prop it on a few books. Large, sturdy, bright, and not to heavy for its size. Well built

Is it turned off? When I click to turn it off and turn out all the lights in my room to leave, I noticed that the power button is illuminated with a soft blue glow, and I see a blue light around the edges of the light box. I am wondering if these lights mean that it is not completely turned off and if that is the case, how do I completely turn it off? I called Amazon customer service and they gave me a phone number for the manufacturer. I went to the manufacturers website where they listed an email address, compose the long email with all my questions, but it came up. No such address. I am concerned that the phone number Amazon gave me is not in this country and I don’t wanna pay for a long distance phone call outside of the US. and my questions were :1 is the turn off light supposed to stay illuminated when I turn it off.?2.Is there supposed to be a soft blue line lit up around the edge of the light box when I think I’ve turned it off?3. Would it hurt to disconnect the power cord from the light box and reconnect it when I need to use the light box? Or will it affect something in the light box such as brightness in the future of which I am not aware?If anyone knows these answers, I would really appreciate hearing from them in response to my posting here.TIA

Like using this light pad and have set on a table easel. The light can be turned up very bright if needed. As in most light pads the cord plugs into the side, wish they would change that feature by using an L shaped plug. I found the light control more difficult to use then my small light pad and there are no instructions. You really need a button cover because the the control is pressure sensitive and I found myself annoyed with it during diamond painting when I accidentally leaned upon it over and over. It is close to the bottom edge. All in all a good purchase. Because of the size it is a manageable weight and I am able to handle it without much difficulty, but it is much heavier then a small pad.

I purchased this because I do a lot of diamond painting, and I wanted the largest one I could get. This one fits that bill. The light pad area is about 59 cm by 42 cm (roughly 23 inches by 16.5 inches), and you can use it in either portrait or landscape orientation. The power button is a bit sensitive, so you do have to be careful; however, just by holding down the power button, you can change the dimness or the brightness of the light. I tend to use mine at night a lot, so the brightness can give a room ample light when needed.I love that the light area stays very cool no matter how long the pad is on, but I have noticed that the edges of the pad do get a little warm when covered by my canvas. I've had the light on for hours, though, with no issues to either the pad or the canvas.There is some weight to it, but it can be portable if you need it to be.Overall, this is a great light pad to use for different arts and crafts when you need light under your project.

I bought my first one 9 months ago, and loved it, but it died. I decided to try it again because it's perfect for the type of work I do. This time, when the new one arrived, I couldn't even get it to turn on. The hole on the side of the pad that is supposed to accept the power cord isn't lined up, so the plug won't go in all the way, and it won't turn on at all. Now, I'm behind schedule and have to return this unit and decide whether to try again, or go with a different brand.

This flat panel is very well-designed. It is bright, easily-controllable, doesn't seem to flicker to my unaided eye and looks attractive. I like the range of brightness. My only wish is that it retained its brightness and on/off setting when unplugged (such as if you turned off your entire desk with an outlet strip switch, I'd like it to turn back on to my pre-set brightness. It DOES remember the brightness setting if you don't unplug it). Otherwise, an excellent product.

I rarely post products review, because I really don't have any interest in damaging someone's business, until someone's business damages my own. I purchased this light board for an important work project I need to deliver in a month, but because it doesn't work - my job will be delayed. This is so bad. The first thing is THERE WAS NO POWER CHORD IN THE PACKAGE. I went and used a power chord from a similar light board I had in the past, 12V and all...the blue light on the side turns on, I press the power button and nothing happens, THE LIGHT-BOARD SIMPLY WON'T TURN ON. I am immunocompromised and now I have to go find a UPS drop-off location to go drop-off this damn heavy package and this is such a big scam... First time I have such a bad experience on AMAZON.
