I have very low to nearly nonexistent sensitivity so i got this hoping to be able to feel more. It comes in 3 tubes, you only need about pearl-size to work but ive used more with no ill effects. It creates a warm/cool feeling at the same time that is very pleasant. I will be buying again.

I bought this stuff when I was taking Cymbalta, which is known for its sexual side effects. I guess when you think about it, it makes sense... Cymbalta can help with nerve pain, but it doesn’t differentiate between the nerves that hurt and the ones in your downstairs... the ones you want to be nice and lively! Anyway, this didn’t help me with my particular problem, but I need to try it again now that I’m off the meds. Maybe my opinion will change? I do recommend applying this stuff carefully because if it gets on his junk it might make him get off faster. Bottom line... If your issues are medication related, don’t expect this stuff to work miracles.

I like this for me, it's nice and hot-it tones down in a bit - however my husband has mentioned it's a little too warm.
