Lightweight and surprisingly comfortable
I picked up the large size of this inflatable backpacking pillow, and it’s been an excellent addition to my sleep system. It’s very light weight, only 3.1 oz without the stuff sack (3.3 oz with). The down topping makes a noticeable difference in comfort. I’ve found it’s most comfortable when slightly under-inflated. Fully inflated, it’s a bit firm, but with just a little air let out, it molds nicely to your head and neck. It takes only about five breaths to blow up and deflates in a second, which makes setup and takedown effortless. The regular size fits perfectly into the hood of a sleeping bag, which helps it stay put through the night. For the combination of comfort, weight, and packability, I’m really happy with this pillow!

The down is a nice touch.
Excellent choice for backpacking. Packs smaller than you’d expect. Good head and neck support. Inflates easily. Deflates super quickly. The down feels very nice, and is a luxury touch. The quality you expect from Sea to Summit. Overall good value for money.

Best pillow yet
I've tried most backpacking pillows by the name brand makers and quite a few off brand ones as well. This pillow is most like the Thermarest Airhead Down pillow. It's extremely similar in appearance, construction and feel, but it is more comfortable. I think the air bladder in the S2S is thinner and/or stretchier. At equal levels of inflation the S2S is softer than the Thermarest. Also, the S2S is considerably lighter. This is a really hard pillow to beat.

Best backpacking pillow for side sleepers. My 10 year search is over.
As a side sleeper, this is the best backpacking pillow I have found, hands down. Enough loft to support my head in a relatively neutral spine position, a layer of down to provide some insulation, and it weighs in at only 3.4 oz on my scale, which is amazing for a pillow this size. Honestly, the only camp pillow I've used that is more comfortable is the Exped Mega Pillow, but it weighs almost three times as much, which kind of relegates it to car camping and backpacking trips so short I don't care about the weight.

Too small to support your head
Purchase for backpack camping. It may work for some but it is too small for me. I'll start with the good. It is small and easily packable. The surface is comfortable and you can adjust the air pressure to meet your needs. The issue is that it is not big enough for me to support my neck and head I'm 6' 1" 210lbs. You will need to have a pillow case to use as it will slide off sleeping pad. I'm still using it, but I have to stuff clothes or jackets into pillow case with it.

Best pillow
As a long distance hiker I’ve tried lots of pillows and none made sleeping easy. This one hit the mark. For a few more ounces at just over 6oz I slept like a baby. It’s almost more comfortable than my home pillow. Get the deluxe if you can. The down inside of it is fantastic. Great support and easy to use.

don't know if the down version is necessary
I had tried a few of these pillows and ultimately chose the down-filled but to be honest i would have been just fine with the non-down version. The pillow is HUGE by camping pilow standards and the ability to finely adjust the firmness is a really nice touch. It feels quality (because it is -- sea to summit stuff is choice) and packs up really small.

Great value and comfortable
Husband loves this pillow. He is a year round hanger(hammock) and is always looking for that perfect pillow. Down topping seems on the thin side, but he says it’s perfect.
