Writing the best review
Excellent book, terrible handbag. When it rained, it got engulfed in water and absolutely sopping wet. Except for the page that we laminated obviously, but that was more on us than it was on them, although the author deserves some credit. We are even doing a task right (would you believe?!) and are having a lovely time despite failing. We have learnt that drawing with a blindfold on is impossible and leads to Picasso-esque self portraits. Perhaps that's how he did it. If I'm doubt, just ask yourself, what would Bob Mortimer do? We are loving this book and forever.

LOL-tastic book!!!
Just like the show, this book had me engulfed from the minute I turned to Task #1. All my friends wanted to have a go, and luckily it was the perfect size to carry in my handbag. Shoutout to Task #12, which had me and my friends crying with laughter at 1AM. Our clothes were sopping wet as we wriggled around on the floor, trying to get cushions behind our heads. I would definitely recommend this book to anybody looking for a laugh because overall it was totally LOL-tastic! GO AND BUY THIS BOOK RIGHT NOW PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Newcomer
I Watch very little tv so never heard of this series but saw the cover and read good reviews . I then found some clips on YouTube which I enjoyed so bought the book . Hopefully going to get some competition going between my grandkids ( and maybe the rest of the family) by doing some of the easier tasks and introducing some twists of my own . Should be a good laugh.

Great book; check which version you want
A terrific resource, either to have fun times at parties/events, or to undertake the tasks yourself and participate in the online tasking community, and/or to read for some backstory to the show Taskmaster if you are a fan. However, be careful which version you buy: the paperback is updated with bonus tasks and deletes some of the original ones whose deadlines have passed. But it is no use if you want to take part in the #taskmaster twitter contest with other taskers and see what they did, as the numbering is often different and you will have no idea what is going on in their discussion. I bought it (and enjoyed reading it in isolation, and using it), but I now have to buy the hardback too to understand what task they are talking about and getting points for from Alex. "Make good choices"!

Ideal for all little assistants
Good book, providing hours of entertainment. I bought it on kindle for instant access. While this means I can always have it nearby in my handbag, it also means I can’t do some of the real book related tasks as I don’t want my kindle to get sopping wet or engulfed in ice. There are options for solo tasks, and different social occasions and lots of scope for invention. It’s not quite the same without little Alex Horne and Greg’s giant scathing face, but it’s a great way to enjoy some home tasking and bring the essence of taskmaster home.

The Taskmaster & the completion of Task 219
Since receiving this book I have been utterly engulfed in its pages, a perfect book to store in a handbag or backpack, reading it has had my eyes watering with laughter to the point that the book has been made sopping wet by my eyeball secretions. Especially in reguard to task number two hundred and nineteen. All praise the glory of the Taskmaster & the diligence of his assistant in the creation of this glorious tome. Now I'll just add some more words at the end to pad out the word count so I can complete the task & done!

This is such a good book!
I loved this book so much! It is funny, hilarious and has so many hidden gems! I think my favourite part about the book is how much it engulfs and captures the attention of all your friends and family, especially in awkward and sad situations. All you need to do is whip this book out of your handbag to impress all the ladies! More, the amount of tasks is endless and i once got sopping wet out in the rain running for three trees faster than my friends! Little Alex Horne is such a talented man well done!
