Perfect fit for my ‘03 Wrangler. To the people complaining you have to use a little adhesive on the back of it to get it to stay on solidly - DUH - it’s a thin, highly flexible piece of rubber.

My dad and I were trying to put this outer windshield on the Jeep, but it would not stay on the glass. Even with removing the glass from the frame, the seal would not stay on as it was not staying on the window. The seal was way too hard and wavy to stay on the window seal. Even after heating it up with a heat gun and fireplace, it was still too hard. We had to resort to just removing the product and use RTV instead. Made a huge mess of cocking all over the wind frame, leading to have to use brake cleaner to remove the coating and ruining our paint job. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT it is not worth it. And for the manufactures, thanks for ruining my Jeep.

The gasket was a good fit but it arrived twisted in knots and I had to warm it with a heat gun to straighten it out before applying to windshield

Arrived on time, perfect fit on my Jeep Wrangler X. Easy install.

It looks fine - I bought it because I thought it went on the outside - nope and the results for the inside one are not good.

After follow the recommendations of folks that have used this seal, i warmed the gasket to soften the coils that appeared during shipping. Applied the seal to the glass and attempted to install into the windshield frame. I had already applied a solid bead of glue hoping to have it fall into place, I found that the corners were not seated down. After fighting the install for 15 mins and getting covered in glue, I tried applying 2x4 wood with ratchet straps to hold down the corners. (That didn’t work)I decided to remove the glass, clean up the mess, and call a pro.If considering this for your Jeep, look for similar products that are all rubber, no need for the white stiffener stripe inside the seal.Hope this helps. Consider other options.

After painting the new windshield frame for a jeep I purchased this molding to complete the build. I took all the molding, and frame to a top rated local glass company to install the new glass. They absolutely refused to use it. "Too ridgid, absolutely no way to make it fit and look good," they said. I'm a home garage diy mechanic so I am definitely not going to argue with the pros.

Rubber is to stiff and was hard to install, used on a jeep tj,

I could not use this item as the plastic/rubber was so stiff that I could not bend it and shape it to properly seat on the windshield. Returned it.

Not to bad, inner seal fit perfecrly, but the other one had waaaay too much stuff to stay on the windshield had to remove it completly and put some eurethane Now it fit peefectly
