How many cookies come in one box?

For Lemon Burst, it is about 8 cookies per ounce, or about 40 cookies per 5 oz. box. I say "about" because our cookies are packed by weight, not quantity. That means that if the cookies in your box are a bit larger than average, there will be fewer of them, and if they are a bit smaller than average, there will be extra cookies. Packing by weight assures that regardless of any size variability, you always get at least 5 ounces of cookies.
