Best for Making Matzo Balls
I have been using this product for years to make Matzo Balls. But the local supermarkets, even if they carry Matzo Meal, only have the box which contains a pre-measured amount of Matzo Meal. That pre-measured amount is too much for a single person, so I have to divide the Matzo Meal in half.This large container requires only one measuring so it is quick and easy for me. Also, it is a much better buy.
