Only on day 2. I'm a hairdresser of over 30 years, and a compulsive handwasher. The washing and detergent is only part of my problem ..the abrasiveness of the hand drying with towels along with the hairdryer..drying out my hands has aged my hands to the point of cracking and swollen hard skin on finger joints and knuckles.I've exhausted the market of affordable products, O'keiths, Cerave, swiss neutragena and many more.Nursem absorbs on contact, i can "almost" feel the glycerin...but not overly, allowing me to add more cream when I can. The barrier is "dry" and water pours off, washing with soap doesn't remove whole barrier.It's a game changer.If you are expecting your skin to feel like silk,... it doesn't!! It makes your skin feel like skin!Just like a good hair product makes your hair feel like hair (not silk)The scent is not synthetic or clinical...its natural and fruit zesty.I love that a nurse is going to get the chance to try this product, as they may never know this product exists.Bottom line is this.....only day 2 and reguardless of snipes...its sorting out my poorly hands.I will be buying more and will update pics...I want the world to know about this product

My hands have been split on and off for years, sometimes last for months and is so painful. I have tried lots of different creams,even some from the doctors. Nothing has worked, until now.This started working straightaway. Non greasy. My hands have no splits at all.Smells nice also, a little goes along way. Good value for money.

Excellent product and highly effective, pleasant mild scent and absorbs well. My only gripe is the description of only needing to apply a "Pea sized amount"!!!!? Absolutely NOT accurate for me however I understand that they are trying to qualify the price. I need a considerable amount more than a pea size! Hence deducting one star ⭐

I'm 52 and I've been looking for the best hand cream forever! I think this is it. I thought L'occitane was pretty close but this is better. It seems to nourish my hands. It doesn't make them feel all silky and wonderful but I really do think it's nourishing and keeping my hands soft and moisturised. I doesn't leave any greasy residue and the scent is strong and it could be more floral for my liking, but it is citrussy and maybe a little lavender? It's ok. I think I will stop searching and have put this on subscribe and save. Thank you Nursem, you've nailed it!

Has to be the best handcream I have ever used. Sorted out my ragged dry cuticles and peeling skin. Nails have improved in the two weeks I have been using it

I am a long time sufferer of eczema on my hands so I am trying out every hand cream under the sun. This one smells lovely and dries super quickly. I love that it doesn’t leave a residual feeling like other creams or balms. However it has not provided me with any relief, my skin hasn’t got better but it hasn’t got worse.A nice post hand wash cream, but for deep hydration or eczema I don’t recommend. Normally I go for unscented creams as well as they tend to irritate but this one doesn’t. However the smell is very strong, so worth considering if you prefer unscented.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I like the idea that nurses use it. A very good cream which has a vague unusual smell that I like. Good ingredients, soaks in well and doesn’t irritate. Small tube won’t last long and will get again.
