The product was produced in China and has some chemicals that caused itching and an allergy in my skin very seriously, which even goes through the clothes.The skin that is in direct contact with the yoga mat is the most affected. My forearms and legs have a very severe rash, although it occurred all over the body. I only used it once, and the allergy hasn't disappeared from my body, despite taking medication for 5 days in a row. The itching it causes is unbearable.I have been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years, and a mat never provoked such a reaction. I'm not prone to allergies.I think the distributor should immediately check this lot to prevent others from being affected. If it is used by a person with a weak immune system or prone to allergies, it can cause anaphylactic shock. It will be very dangerous if it is in contact with the skin of a baby or child.On the other hand, the size of the mat doesn't match the measurements DAWAY offer on Amazon. The Yoga Mat actually measures ONE INCH LESS, 71 inches long.If you are looking for a Yoga Mat with alignment system like me, I recommend you to search for other alternatives.It is not worth putting your health at risk!

The appearance and weight of this mat are attractive, but in my opinion the mat is both too mushy underfoot, leading to instability in balancing poses, and also it flexes too much, deforming in length as I put serious pressure on it. I have a very serious and athletic yoga practice, and the mat is just too loosy-goosey. For those new to yoga, it is not true that you need a mat to provide a cushion to the ground, rather, you need the mat for traction, and it must be firm. That is the reason the best mats are hard rubber. The problem with rubber is its horrible heavy weight. There are some other materials out there that can provide the traction required without the weight of rubber, but the material of this mat just does not do the job, regretfully.

This MELTED in my car. I know..."don't leave it your car then" I should be able to leave my yoga mat in my for an afternoon without it melting. The free promotional yoga mat I've had for 12 years is always in my car - 0° to 90° - and is still good as new. If I drop $30 on one it should be able to handle one 80° afternoon without turning into a crumpled sticky mess. Don't buy this unless you're never leaving the house with it.

Looking at most of these reviews, it seems most of them are from people that were given a mat for free for their review. While I'm sure the reviews are honest, it's different than purchasing yourself.Unlike other reviewers, I feel there is definitely a chemical smell when I first opened it up, I put is outside for a few days it seems okay.However, The mat is very slick! From the first use it did not grip the floor or my hands & feet.  My hands were slowly sliding forward in downward dog right off the bat. Using the uniformly reverse bumpy side helped a little,but the alignment lines don't show, sad...In addition, the pattern on the mat make it very difficult for the guys to concentrate. Not recommended.

Bought this for my BF. He is 6’1” and he complained that yoga was for small people because he had a hard time centering his long limbs or keeping himself on the mat. For a beginner mats can be an anchor point and he was not having a good time in class until this mat came into his life. The extra 4” doesn’t sound like much but it made all the difference, average yoga mats are 68” x 24”. The alignment guide is amazing for learning where your body needs to be to get the most out of each pose. He is still 6’1” but is now a yoga convert and reaping the benefits of regular practice with this mat.

I got to try out my mat today and I have to say that I am definitely pleased with it. The pink and purple color of the mat is very appealing. Unlike my other mat that I usually use for my aerobics, this mat is true to its description in that it doesn't slip. In the photo I'm doing a plank and I've always had trouble with my other mats slipping or stretching during this position but I didn't have any issues like that with this mat. It's thin but still has just enough cushion for me to do my sit ups without having the pain in my lower back from the floor. Looking forward to using it in my aerobics class as well.

Definitely not non slip. It has barely any grip to it. I can't even do a warm up down faced dog without my hands slipping.. Disappointed that it's sold as "non-slip" because the instructor uses much cheaper mats without this issue.In addition, the mat really smells badly, Especially when you're lying face-down on it doing yoga...I wouldn't buy it again, and if I didn't have to pay postage I would send it back!

Great Yoga mat even for someone that weighs in at 270 something. Sharp looking and very well made. Can't way the same about the cheap carrier that came with it. I still gave it a 5 because I did not buy the mat for the carrier b/c I use mine mostly for a home practice. For those that are looking for a nice sturdy carrier you need to be extremely gentle with it. Not sure if mine was just flawed or I pulled on the string too hard, but I am generally very careful with the items I do decide to buy. Surface seems to be not very slippery on the mat and I sweat just stepping out of the shower.

I purchased this mat because I do some stretches at home and some workout exercises without a mat. I was looking through the stores to find a modern yoga mat and this one just got my attention!I love the color! I personally love purple BUT not just any purple. I prefer a vibrant purple and this mat just qualified in my requirements. It is not a single toned yoga mat, it is purple on top and pink at the bottom which makes it really cute to look at. I am not a big yoga person but the lines on the mat seem interesting and it made me want to start doing some yoga classes. The lines, I reckon, will guide you where to place your body, your hands, and feet on specific yoga poses.It is very long and wide so there is definitely a lot of room to play with. It feels soft and very comfortable to lie on. On top of that, it comes with a breathable yoga bag and a yoga mat string which is really helpful in carrying the mat around.***

colour is restful and so pretty; slightly greener and brighter than the photo i attached.quality and aesthetic is 10/10, cannot fault.

This is a good product for the money. I bought the purple/pink mat which came with a carrying strap as well as a carrying bag (which I didn't expect).

It’s a nice mat and looks good but the lines are off centre which is disappointing and ruins the point of the mat.

The end of the mat rolls up and it was a little slippery, but the seller was quick to organise a refund.

Was very happy that the mat is long enough. As a taller person finding long mats has been a problem.
