THE TRIPLE NICKLE!!! greatest i.c. ever created. Need 1 why not buy 20? All were 100% functional.
When u need a triple nickle might as well buy 20. Lol they are a 555 timer not a dud in the batch. If you need more timing power you can always put two together and get the 2x bastard brother the 556 lol. What can I say they work and are cheap and you don't have to buy them by the 1000s. Plugs straight into bread boards which is great because the 555 has largely been replaced by smd packages w 100x more functionality in industry. But these are great for learning and prototypes. It's much easier for me to visualize what is happening with the larger packages.

Great chips, love the fact that theres plenty to experiment with, i toasted a handful of them but thats expected as im just a beginner and am learning how not to make things smoke
