The first time we installed this shower there was a pinhole leak in one of the pipes. The customer service team sent us an entire kit, so we now have extra parts if needed in the future. The shower works very well now!

I only have one issue. The error was totally on me. The wall bracket pipe is too short. I actually need 12 inches. Hopefully the company can create one for me. The shower head is a good size. Heavy and affects th rise staying firmly attached to its lower body part. It could stand to have the ability to twist further into the riser for a more secure fit. Without the wall bracket attached the riser will not remain on the base. It feels as if it will snap. Other than that issue it is beautiful. Will post pics once officially completed

Bought this for our outdoor shower. Arrived with an issue, we notified customer service and they sent a replacement part immediately. Very quick response was much appreciated.

This is an international design fixture, probably designed to be mounted a bit higher than the standard mounting on a vintage US clawfoot or built in tub with fixtures in the tub. They sell fittings to adjust to fit the US openings, and as the shower head is lower than if it was mounted higher on the wall, a shower riser extension should also be purchased.

I was skeptical about what the quality might be, but I ordered this set anyway because I liked the look. So, I was VERY happy to find when I opened the box just how nice everything looks. The main faucet assembly is very heavy. Nice and solid cast brass manifold. Love the quarter turn cross-style faucet handles. The riser and rain shower head are very nice as well. Easy to install. I do agree with a lot of the other reviews that you absolutely must buy the riser extension piece. The satin brass finish on everything is absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint might be that the large circular metal piece on the shower head where the water comes out seems a little lightweight (sheet metal too thin?) but I haven't owned this long enough to tell if it's an issue. I also had to use double washers to connect the main faucet assembly to my wall pipe (another story) so I was two washers short when assembling the riser. Gotonovo was incredibly responsive and had me order a set of replacement washers here on Amazon, then refunded the $6.99 cost, so they were free of charge! Thank you guys! This company really understands the value of customer service.

I like it but it has a few flaws for old tubs it should come with a back washer to hold it tight against tub the valve holes are really big on tub so I had to buy washer to keep it from falling thru .have a longer support rod for shower rod going up we are not short folks I have ordered the extension rod . Also need the support bracket longer they don’t compensate for the fact faucet sits farther away from wall with bath tub . I will have to come up with something to hold it to wall the shower head that is . I hope it last just be gentle with it .so I added adapter because I have the tub that has the 3 inch holes and a brass washer with a toilet hose because it had flanges and that helps . I HATE PLUMBING. But no one wants small jobs so what do you do . Fix it yourself. I hope this helps other .

The install for this one went well. Fairly easy to put together and the unit works as expected. The only thing I wish was that the arm for the overhead shower could extend. It’s at the front of the tub and I wish it could be more in the center. Otherwise it’s great.

Got our shower 95% installed and realized that a part was missing from the packaging. Emailed customer service and they promptly replied that they could send me the part and it would cost $25.99 + $25.00 shipping and to please use their paypal account. I responded correcting them about what part was missing and that I should not have to pay for a product missing parts. They quickly responded assuring me that I would in fact only have to the $25. Again I replied that I'm not paying extra for missing parts. Most of a day goes by before they respond changing their story again that I wouldn't have to pay anything. Too late. We're done here.Product is pretty and seem to work well so far. Customer service responds quickly but isn't the most helpful.

Hi! I bought this item last summer in order to renovate the bathroom in September. I chose mid price item. I did not leave my feedback immediately after installation. It is important to check such items during use. Everything was fine until December. Now the main shower head is cracked and water partially pours to the side. This can be seen in the pictures. This shows the quality of this product. On the box it is written about a lifetime warranty for this, but I have no idea where to go to get a replacement for this particular part. As a result, I think that this product is not worth the money due to poor quality. Very disappointed.
