Beautiful tub shower. Great points r hydro system wks well, music, mood lighting, steams quickly and exhaust fan is amazingly efficient. Negatives r that extremely poor and inconvenient design make it impossible to turn on water unless u get inside tub. It is designed for someone over 6'2"" that is very agile. I had to buy a step stool to get in and out of tub safely. If u r relaxing in tub u must stand up to control water temp or flow...annoying. it comes wirh almost no instructions. Fortunately our great plumbing team figured it out. Would only recommend this system to a tall very fit person and caution must b used to enter and exit. A water proof remote would have helped. We like our new tub and steam shower but it needs to b redesigned.

Extremely poor design. You have to be as tall as Kareem Abdul Jabar to get in and out of this thing without dislocating your hip. There is no user manual despite many different working parts. The installation guid looks like it was written by a chinese engineering student with english as a third language. Technical support doesn't answer the telephone or return phone calls

Bought this over a year ago, not from amazon, got a better deal (price) somewhere else. Finally installed this after remodeling the bathroom where it is now. Unlike build-in showers, this sits on the (finished) floor and pushed against the walls, therefore it requires long flexible hoses from the back of the unit to the hot and cold water outlets, as well as sufficient space to stage the unit away from the walls before pushing it in the corner. The installation instructions are in Chinglish and bad, with phrases like "It is strictly prohibited to do this or that". Installation of the unit took about 1 week after I had finished the bathroom remodel which included installing a drain in the slab, hot and cold water outlets (pex) a 220v 30 amp GFCI outlet and a 110v 20 amp GFCI outlet. The whole project was a DIY project, no contractors.The unit is very roomy and works great, my three year old grand children love the tub which is huge, they use it as a swimming pool. My wife and I enjoy the steam and the big shower head as well as the (color) lights and the radio, and although the instructions warn that it is strictly prohibited to use alcohol when in the unit we like to enjoy a glass of wine when doing so.
