I've been using this product for seven years and haven't had a single cavity or tooth issue. I used to have a bunch and the dentist kept prescribing fluoride toothpaste which didn't seem to help. This product was found from research and a recommendation.

bought this because i had a few cavities and was told i needed to invest in fluoride toothpaste to prevent more cavities from coming. this is the best mint flavor ever, i compare it to the Extra spearmint gum! sweet and minty. my breath stays fresh which is a plus and although i’ve only used it for a week i feel like my teeth are noticeably whiter! alsoooo even though it’s a gel, it suds SO nicely.

Have been using this for around a year and a half now and my most recent X-rays did not show any new decay which is huge for me as I have been incredibly cavity prone all my life. I like that it has both hydroxyapatite and fluoride, which it seems most toothpastes only have one or the other. I wish it was mintier. I miss the way my breath would stay minty for many hours after using my Colgate toothpaste. My main complaint however is that they changed the tube from a flip cap to a twist off cap with a narrow tip for dispensing a while back. The first time I got one like that, it broke about a month into using the tube. I thought maybe it was just a defect. My new tube has also just broken about a month into using it, so it seems to just be an issue. I hope they fix it because for $18 my toothpaste packaging should not be breaking and causing my toothpaste to get dried out and gummy before I can use it all. The flip cap was messy and the new narrow tip is better (when it doesn’t break) but maybe there’s a way to do something in between the two because the threads at the base of the top are clearly not strong enough.

I don't leave reviews unless it's helpful to a shop owner I respect and like or if the product is truly remarkable. This toothpaste is really good. My teeth have much improved from periodontal disease. The cost is really good because a little bit goes a long way. At first I was uncomfortable with the notion of not rinsing after brushing with any paste. It is recommended that you brush and coat all teeth without rinsing and not to eat or drink anything 30 mins after. The feeling and taste in your mouth is very mild and even pleasant. I will continue to get this paste.

I have been looking for a nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste because I was curious if there truly is a difference. This stuff proved there is. Since I started using this toothpaste, my teeth feel smoother and my mouth feels cleaner (which is kinda scary considering I brush everyday). The taste is faint but perfect. If you are concerned with the ingredients in your toothpaste being effective, buy this and brush worry free.

Tube nozzle broke off inside of the cap as shown by several other photos here. I can still squeeze out the toothpaste, but there's no way to close the tube so I have to leave it sitting on my sink. It's just an awful choice by their industrial designer to go with a needle-nose tube instead of literally every other toothpaste tube design ever made.The toothpaste is very expensive and doesn't really do anything more than the giant conglomerates' products. It works well and has a herbal, vegetal minty taste as opposed to a chewing gum mint flavor. The added Nano HA is neat but there's no solid literature on its efficacy, and my n=1 experience is that I guess it's cool to have in there but I wouldn't notice if it were taken out.

I have tried a bunch of the new hydroxyapatite toothpastes, all, were good but I wanted to keep,using fluoride too ,so I purchased this. So far I really like it. My teeth feel really clean & I hope it is doing what it says it does. I wonder if there is more abrasive ingredients in it? Hope not, we will see.
