Will it work from 208V?

Just saw an answer that the unit power supply input voltage is 110Vac to 240Vac.So the factory power supply should work on 208Vac

Does this have ports that will plug and play with a ac infinity airlift shutter exhaust fan?

What direction do the fan blades run? Does the air flow in or out?
