Clear crisp image, easy to use
Easy to setup, great quality - used several times know and those on the meeting have commented on the clear, crisp image. Comes with a fairly robust stand and clip, however due to where I wanted to mount it I bought a Smallrig clamp which I also highly recommend.

Great quality, great value hi - res webcam
Used everyday, and its never failed in what I want from it. For the price point the performance is excellent. The picture is good and sharp, with true colour rendition. Sometimes with a strong backlight from my office window the exposure is challenged but this is an issue for nearly all webcams. The mic is strong, no one ever complains but audio quality when I speak to them. A very fine product.

ease of use
a great looking camera that has a good microphone built into it, easy to hide things for privacy with the shutter at the top, functions quick and easy with a nice autofocus making for great ease of use

Do NOT buy if you have a bright room
At first I loved this camera. The sound quality from the mic is excellent. The picture is excellent. It was all going swimmingly - until the sun shone and it completely annihilated me. I was either ghostly white (see photo) or completely gone.I contacted customer service and - after several follow-ups - discovered that there is no way to adjust the light balance. So they suggested I MOVE the camera to somewhere where there is no sun!! Not an option in my limited space. So I literally have to close the blind to use it, which, in the UK on a sunny day is a punishment in itself. When the evening arrives and the room lights are on, the opposite happens and the picture is low light, low clarity and you are barely visible. So - hence the 2 stars. Virtually unusable in any other country than the UK!

Cable too short, lens cap needs fixing
Looks neat but the cable is too short {about 5ft} and there is no proper fitment for the lens cap. Feel that the latter is going to fall off every five minutes; it needs something to hold it.

Clear picture, no lag, great price tag.
This product was recommended to me by a friend, and despite the low price tag, the picture is very clear, with no discernible lag to the naked eye.The viewing angle is very wide, and the detail is clear.Installation was swift and easy, plug and play via a USB.Two minor gripes are that the mounting only allows for vertical adjustment, you can't rotate the camera on the horizontal axis. Additionally, the privacy cover is separate from the camera, and needs sticking on.
