This will give you " glass skin." I have sensitive skin and I have no bad reaction to this serum. Serums break me right out but this one leaves me looking incredibly smooth.This is a very sheer and not sticky serum or essence that you can use as part of the 10 step K- beauty "glass skin" routine. After double cleanse with oil and foam cleanser then exfoliate and add moisture by pressing in toner, a product like this is used to smooth and moisturize. The rest of the steps include sunscreen at the end. Serum leaves your skin extremely smooth and poreless. The gold flakes don't show up once you apply it but they're very luxurious. Applicator is a dropper in the lid. Use the pump button to aspirate up some of the serum and then dispense it by pressing the button. That way you will not get too much.There is a very faint floral scent. Most serums for me are too sticky and I don't like them. This one is my favorite and I also like it as a primer under makeup because it's extremely smooth.

I was pleasantly surprised that within hours I saw a difference. With continued use I hope to see even better results.No other skin care, or makeup was applied so I know it was from this product.The product was not tacky, nor did it make my face feel as though it had a pore smothering cream on it.I have bought tons of skin care over the years, much from HSN, or QVC. Everything from Signature Club A, Forever Spring (time machine was good), Serious Skin Care, Amad’s Ampoules, Dr. Graf, Wei East to Dr. Perricone as well as Elizabeth Arden, Olay, Neutragena, Clinique, and L’Oréal. You get the idea. Lots of these have been given away to friends over the years.Since I have oily skin, I cannot tolerate lotions, and moisturizers due to the heaviness of those products on my skin (feels like my skin is being deprived of oxygen.)This product was light. I only used a few drops, but that was all my skin needed.I recommended this to a friend today. I intend to continue to use this product, recommend it, and will order an extra one to have on hand.

The gold flakes don't dispear into your skin. They turn into white flakes that dry on your skin. This product doesn't actually perform as it's described. Very disappointed!!!
