No, nothing needs to be added. It flows smoothly as is.

Q: How many people will a 4-lb bag serve? We are hosting a party with 100 guests.

One bag should feed about 20 people. For a group of 100, we recommend 10-12 lbs of chocolate.

Q: Is this chocolate good for making candy?or will it be to thin?

It is thin when melted but get very hard once it cools down. I've only used it in the fountain so I'm not real sure about its candy making properties.

Q: How much will 4 lbs of this chocolate generally serve?

I have a triple level fountain which requires a minimum of 6 pounds of chocolate so I put a bag and a half into it fro the on-sel. About half-way thru the night, I need to put the other 1/2 of the bag. At the end of the night (6 hours later), there would be about 3-4 lbs of melted chocolate on the fountain. I typically have 30 people at my party.
