Total Garbage!!!
This is a waste of money. Not only is it uncomfortable, the stench is unbearable. I washed it six times and the stench is STILL horrible. You cannot even wear it during the night. The only reason I did not return is because it was washed.

It stinks!!! Literally.
I'm in my 40s and weigh 189lbs. I needed something to reduce my snoring for my wife's sake.Pros: easy to use.Cons: it stinks!!! When I took it out of the bag, i was hit with a very strong chemical/synthetic smell. It made it unbearable to wear on the first night, so i had to wash it. Even then the smell was still there but tolerable.Throughout the night i found myself walking up by my own snores, something I normally don't do. I was waking up even more tired.Bottom line it just didn't work for me. I tried it a few more times but same results, and according to my wife my snoring was even louder.

May cause sleep apnea, it did for my husband
I purchased this snoring mask for my husband, he usually falls asleep way before me and once he starts snoring it’s hard for me to fall asleep! We tried this headband and after 10 minutes he fell asleep i had to wake him up because he was not snoring but he was going into sleep apnea, i’d rather have him snoring than rick to have him not be able to breathe, this may not be everyone’s experience bit i would definitely think someone should monitor the individual with the mask to make sure they are breathing properly!

SMELLS TERRIBLE
I read the reviews and knew that there may be a concern about how strong the smell was, but thought I could wash the snore/chin strap enough to get rid of the smell. Nope. I tried to air it out, put it in a plastic bag with baking soda to absorb the smell REPEATEDLY, machine washed it REPEATEDLY, but there's no way to get the overbearing rubber, chemical smell out of it. After all of the these methods I thought ok, maybe I'll just try it and I'll get used to the smell. Nope, couldn't wear it for more than 15 minutes. I bought it in 2/2020, it's 5/2020 and it still reeks. Disappointed, but I should have listened to the reviews. I don't know if it stops snoring or not because I couldn't wear it for more than 15 minutes the one time I tried it. Waste of $12.99.

Effective... but
Most effective sleep aid I’ve used. Nose things and breath right strips are not really going to stop you from snoring like this. My wife or I did find myself making motorboat noises sometimes. Although there were some nights I couldn’t sleep well with it on. I gave it up after about a month but it does the trick. I felt like it did hurt my jaw a bit when I cranked it down too hard which became one of the main reasons I stopped using it.

Has complications
It's a bit too elastic. If I get it adjusted right at night, it is too loose by morning.It doesn't pull the jaw straight up. It pulls it up and back, so that it actually pushes the mouth open into an overbite.I didn't care about snoring; I got it to prevent drymouth while my mouth falls open when I sleep. For all I know, it may be great for snoring, but it's not good at preventing drymouth.

IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!
Couldn't even wear it so can't tell you if it works or not. I opened the package and it smelled so bad of some sort of petroleum type product made me gag. I let it air out for over a day and it still stinks. I can't have that near my nose. Even stunk up the garage where it was hanging. Tried soaking it overnight in laundry detergent and that didn't work either. A little better, but still could not use or stand the smell. It will give you a headache it stinks that bad! DON'T BUY!

it works
It definitely works in reducing snoring/mouth breathing, which is wonderful and for those issues I recommend. However, the material used to line the parts that make contact with your skin is prone to getting hot and it makes my face itch, so I'm concerned about how that will be in the summer. I wish it was thinner and was cotton lined.
