It leaks real bad

I truly love all the Atomi products we have in our home. Therefore had super high hopes for this diffuser. It lasted maybe 2 months, and then it started to leak profusely. Seeing as all other Atomi products we own are amazing, maybe this was just a fluke. I sure hope so, nonetheless I had to toss my diffuser. Hope everyone has better luck than I did

So neat you can control it with your cell phone, took me a minute to set up - I actually trouble shooted the company, they got back to me in minutes via email and I was able to get it connected easily. The diffuser helps me relax and provides some moisture to our dry apartment air.

The ATOMI Diffuser works as expected. It looked fine right out of the box but after two days of use the woodgrain is delaminating.

40 years ago, I would not have believed you if you told me we would be controlling devices and gadgets with our cell phones. I can't wait to put my spearmint oil in this.

Uses the essential oil wat too fast and doesn’t produce much.

I love this product it is the final thing that makes my room complete for when I need to wind down after work.

4/29/2020 UPDATE I sent the diffuser back and was told I would receive a refund in 7 days. This was on the 13th of April and now its almost May.I have google fiber and a lot of smart devices. This thing sucks.no connection and it said night light but only light is from the on off and wifi buttons.

This product looks nice and the app works well for timing and scheduling. However, that is where the good news ends, as unfortunately this product is really really awful. I had a similar experience to other shoppers, in that I bought one & it leaked. So we exchanged it & that one leaks too. (It appears to be a design fault whereby whilst running, water escapes through the lid seal via capillary action.) I did not engage the vendor the second time around., although first time around they were very helpful. 6 months in and the unit is delaminating, which you can see from the picture above. The price point of this unit suggests that it is a high quality product out rivalling similar products from China. I would argue it is of similar build quality but at 3 times the price. I wont be buying this product again and I would urge those interested to avoid it.
