Works as advertised
Works as advertised, wish it were a bit less expensive. This product allowed me to play my old VHS-C tapes in my VCR. Using capture software I was able transfer them to my PC before they deteriorated any more. No issues after 30 tapes.

This videocassette works perfect on our player
This videocassette works perfect on our player, easy to use and very affordable. I love to watch old memories on and on and on. you can watch your video that is on a small tape and put it in a Gigaware VHS-C then play. we like because it is so affordable and good quality. My husband dropped it accidentally but it has no damage, still works fine. Also fast shipping. i will highly recommend this one.

Seemed to have broken my vcr.
Never had trouble with my vcr (not that I use it very often anymore) but the very first time I used this videocassette my whole vcr stopped working. Can't say for sure that it was the videocassette itself that did it but if not it's a pretty big coincidence.

I'm so glad we can finally dig out all the home movies ...
So thankful to find this!!! I have so many old home videos that were on cassette and our old adaptor broke. I'd bought another one from another seller and it didn't even work the first time and I couldn't send it back. This one has worked perfectly since day one. I'm so glad we can finally dig out all the home movies from when the kids were small.

Worked very well. A VHS-C tape drops in to this unit to allow it to be played in any VHS recorder/player. I am converting my tapes to DVD, and had a couple in the uncommon VHC-C format. This takes a small battery, so the tape door on this unit opens electronically. VHC-C tape ran perfectly on my VHS machine when used with this product.
