The Comfilife knee pillow arrived in it's on plastic travel bag, which was a nice surprise. The pillow itself has a zippered covering for easy washing. The size is compact and is comfortable because of the memory foam. I sleep on my back and this pillow has alleviated my back pain.I think if there was some sort of a soft handle sewn on the short side of the pillow, it would make it easier to lift or adjust from under the knees. Otherwise, I am happy with this pillow and will travel with it.

This pillow is exactly what I needed. Just something to lift my knees when I'm reading in bed so my legs aren't hyperextended. I was worried when I opened it that it wouldn't be sturdy enough, as it feels a bit soft, but it's perfect.You can also use it for neck support. Very comfy.

Researched pillows long before I opted to try this type. Originally ordered it to wedge behind my back to keep me from sleeping on my bad shoulder. Or under my legs . But I was having so much trouble sleeping bc of my neck that I decided to try the pillow there first. It's a bit firm for the neck...but I've actually slept quite a bit better since I've been using it!! And oddly enough..its helped me sleep on my back more. Which is why I got it to begin with. I've only had it about 5 days. So I can't say how long it will hold it's firmness. But I'm happy with it so far.

I never expect too much from products like this, but have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort, functionality and quality of this pillow. Both my knees are awaiting hyaluronic acid shots and probably eventual surgery and have serious arthritis as part of the problem. I have been trying to meet the challenge and lower my pain and discomfort level with a variety of other pillows and rolled-up blankets, to little avail. This pillow really helps. It's soft and yielding (so it doesn't cut off my circulation) but elevates and supports my knees just right. I don't recommend things lightly -- especially if they're supposed to be therapeutic -- but this pillow definitely meets the criteria for telling my friends about it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

So small.

This is great if you are having lower back pain. It slips perfectly under your knees so when you want to sleep on your back you can without waking up with stabbing lower back pain. It also doubles as a pillow between your legs so your knees don't bump together. I'm a side and back sleeper. I start on my side, so the pillow starts between my legs, then I go on my back and I slip the pillow under my knees. I rotate like this all through the night and my back pain is reduced slightly. This has been the only item that has significantly reduced my back pain. After finally realizing that my sleep is causing my back pain (mostly sleeping on my back), this pillow is the one that helped by elevating my knees precisely to this height, and by being able to use it between my legs is important too.

I've never written a review before because I don't usually have extremely strong opinions on my purchases but oh my gosh...this pillow saved me from SO much pain I was experiencing! I am sick right now and I was having insane joint pain and I already have a smaller knee pillow so I started to use that when I had a flare up. It was not enough to quell the pain. Not even slightly. I could barely walk, I didn't get out of bed for almost 24 hours.I ordered this and it came overnight. I ordered it (while crying) around 2 in the morning and it came the very next day. I am obsessed with this.It is very firm and I have used it in multiple positions. It is great for under the knees when laying on my back, but I am primarily a side sleeper so I have one end between my knees and the other between my ankles. It helps keep my legs aligned so they don't get twisted and start another flare up.I recommend this 100%!
