Great for salads
Have used the vinegar in salads and it adds a punch to it with its sweet and sour flavour. Worth the money spent.

Great discovery..! worth experimenting with
This is amazing..! I have had no experience with red wine vinegar before so i cannot comment on the quality of this brand (have nothing to compare with) but i now know that i love red wine vinegar..!! made vinaigrette for salad with it, used it in italian dishes, even thai (lol).. It is subtle vinegar and leaves this amazing under taste of wine and the aroma is amazing..!! Talk about appealing to all the senses, this nails it and gives a masterchef finish to your dish.. Ill have to google more dishes especially to use this, Definitely buying another when it finishes.. Plus this is the only thing close to wine which we can buy in gujarat (legally)..!If you dont like wine i am not sure whether ull like it.. try it.. Also, it looks amazing on an open shelf in the kitchen.. giving it an exotic feel screaming 'Yeah, we use fancy stuff in our food, we are cool'.. Happy cooking..!!

Vinegar is best, but inner plastic cork is not perfect,when we serve vinegar fall down.

Absolute value for Money
It's a good vinegar, probably a bit expensive for India but then You can't beat the taste.A good quality Balsamic Vinegar does cost a lot though the only problem with this is it's not available always.

Not thick like other aged Balsamic vinegars
Was a bit dissapointed with this balsamic. The description was aged so I was expecting a thick, syrupy, honey-like consistency balsamic. It was thin liquid like normal balsamic.

Excellent salad dressing
Prosecco is my favourite kind of bubbly, and I am glad I stumbled onto this vinegar while looking for options. Goes extremely well with vegetables, and is flavourful (especially in combination with olive oil).Amazon package comes well packed, and bottle opening is classic Italian ... makes it easy to pour without spilling and in small quantities.
