Easy set up
The feeder arrived promptly and was a piece of cake to set up. It is a life saver in our house because our rescue kitty is very food focused. She took to the feeder right away, it’s very similar to one we had from another company that had to be replaced. She spent about 5 minutes trying to break in and was unsuccessful. I have not used the recording option so no opinion on that.

Easy to set up and very quiet
Easy to set up but portion size seemed quite small compared with old feeder I had . Just up the number of portions served and seems fine. Can t say anything about longevity as yet but happy so far

Great for rabbits too!
It is a great product and I am really pleased! There weren't any reviews from rabbit owners but I can say this is a great product. Their dry food falls down into the large enough tray for them both to eat from with ease. Time set up is fine - we did a few trial runs to get the meal size right. Comes highly recommended.

Good product bad delivery by Hermes
The product is good and does what it is supposed to. I like that each meal can be different sizes but we had to weigh what one portion was as it say 10g but was more like 15g (assume this would happen with different foods). The mic is rubbish but the machine is loud enough the cats know that means food. Delivery was shockingly bad, delivered by Hermes who delivered on Monday when it should have arrived on Saturday as I pay for prime next day delivery (when I was home for such an expensive order). I wasn't told this just by 9pm each day it would say 'coming tomorrow by 9pm. Honestly the product is great but the delivery was so stressful because It didn't come when expected, I didn't know when It was coming and stayed in all Saturday and Sunday waiting for it, this is my only issue.

No more hungry cat
Super easy to use and lots of different portion sizes. It’s great for my one cat. I have it feed her 3 times a day then all I need to do is give her some wet food in the afternoon. No more being woken up in the morning by a hungry cat.

Looks great, fast delivery & brilliant piece of kit!
Great idea and works very well, easy to use and my cats love it! Very handy especially for when we are away.

Easy to set up
Easy to program, only issue is the recording element as it's very quiet on playback. Get too close to mic and it's distorted.Make sure you measure the kibble distributed in 1 portion. It's supposed to be 10g but with my kitten food it's 15g.

Best available
I have only had it for a few days but it appears to be working really well. Can leave food for weeks. We have a feral cat.
