Defective unit & extreme warranty hassle
Unit functions well - until the house loses power for a short period of time. Once that happens all programming is lost. You will have to re-program ALL settings as well as set the time (my 15 year old Honeywell didn't require this - it had a functioning battery backup). The manufacturer wants me to return the thermostat (go without one) while they evaluate it. They say that I can purchase another one then they will refund my money if they find that the unit is defective. I'll be changing brands not to go with ICM again.
