This brand is the best yohimbe on the market for giving you the benefits without the crazy jitters. Particularly when I drink (which you aren't supposed to do on yohimbe). I felt like I was going to have a heart attack with other brands, but this one I'm okay with if I take it for a night of energy but still want to have a few drinks.

Good product. Read my review before taking/purchasing.
Effective product but too large for even a single dose for most people. I'm 175lbs and for that I take the cap apart and take about 1/4 of a capsule each time and up to a single cap by the end of the day when insulin levels are low (1hr before meals). I simply mix the powder in a few oz of water and I take this with 200mg of caffeine-generally only on off training days. I don't recommend taking this with HIIT, CrossFit, or tabata training or taking this anytime after 1-2pm unless you plan on being awake until 2am.
