So far so good
So good so far. I was getting tired very easily at night and falling asleep early so thought these tablets were worth a try. I've mainly been taking 2 a day, rather than the suggested 3, as it's not always practical to remember taking one out with you to have at lunchtime. However even only taking 2 a day I'm definitely noticing I'm less tired at night and more alert. It's always hard to know exactly what benefit you are getting, but I'm definitely noticing something and enough to continue using these and see how it goes over the longer term. Only slight negative is the tablets are quite big and powdery on outside...but benefits outway this.

if you suffer from rheumatoid this will help!
I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis which leads to extreme fatigue and tiredness which has led me to look for ways to treat this. I also work out and find that these problems get a lot worse. In addition to this, I find it very hard to sleep because of my pain. After purchasing these and taking it for a few days I have been able to sleep much easier and found that I was more energised because of this. The package came the day after I purchased it because of amazon prime and was packaged well. The pills are easy to swallow with a glass of water after each meal.

Great Magnesium Supplement
I was looking for a good quality Magnesium supplement to help me with my sleep troubles and my period cramps.Since I started taking this Magnesium I sleep much better and fall asleep much easier.It arrived just in time when my cramps started and it did help with my period pain as well.This one is in capsules which I prefer much more than tablets, I think they absorb better.I'm happy with this product:)

Immense benefits after only a few days!
After just a few days of taking 3 of these supplements per day, I have noticed extreme benefits. Normally, after running I would feel sore for the next few days and my shins would hurt a lot, but after taking these my pain has vanished completely! I believe this is because magnesium helps the bones remain strong, and maintain muscle function. The pills were easy to swallow as well, and were neutral tasting so were easy to take with a glass of water at each meal.

Six month supply?
This item is described as six months supply, don’t understand the maths. The recommended dose on the bottle is X 3 capsules daily. This works out as two months supply. There doesn’t seem much point in only taking one capsule a day if three are recommended for optimal results. I am sending it back.

Magnesium capsules
I have been taking magnesium for a while now and have just changed to this brand in the last few days. They seem to be continuing to do what the other magnesium tablets were doing so that is good. They are standard capsule size and leave no funny aftertaste. Can’t really say much else.

Veggie friendly!
I became vegetarian about 6 months ago, and I also work out a fair deal, so I'm in need of added supplements and it's super cool these are vegetarian and vegan friendly too. Fast delivery and you get a good amount of pills for your money, easy to swallow and the bottle is compact so it doesn't take up tons of shelf space in my small kitchen.

Great supplement, would buy again
Love this supplement! Really noticed the difference in energy levels, think I must have had magnesium deficiency! The supplements are good value for money, love that they’re vegan, they’re easy to swallow and no nasty after taste. Will definitely consider buying again when these run out.
