Great archival storage boxes
As advertised. These are well-constructed, museum quality cardboard archival storage boxes. Not flimsy, very sturdy. I have several of these that I frequently open to either review or add new items. Not only a good performer, but these are easily stackable given uniform design, heavy-grade cardboard and metal corners. The only knock: a mild odor associated with the protective chemicals used when the box used. But it dissipates after 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend.

An archival storage box with a drop front design that makes for easy access.
I use these archival boxes to store inkjet photo prints with acid free tissue sheets between the prints. The difference with this box compared to the clamshell design is this box opens on the side. That makes it easier for me to get to what is inside. So what goes in this type of box are the prints I need to get to more often. But either of these type of boxes are what you need to preserve such things as photos or documents, etc. in an acid-free, lignin-free archival container so these things won't yellow. The box is well made with metal edges. Should hold up.

Great for archival photo storage
I bought two of these storage boxes to store my early photo work and it handled the task very well. I'm able to store both photos and negatives in them for the long term as I slowly work toward digitalizing my early work from the 1970s-90s. Definite recommend.

Storing very old love letters
After my mother-in-law passed away, we found love letters that spanned four years between her and my father-in-law. Not wanting to use plastic to preserve them, we opted for this archival box.. All the letters fit, and we are confident they will be preserved for generations to come.

Archival boxes.
The box was just what I was looking for to preserve some treasured clothing from the 70’s.I like the drop side of the box for easy access and box is made of sturdy material.

Also coated with a film to reduce airborne contaminants
I am using these boxes to store my higher value baseball cards that are encapsulated with magnetic one touch cases. I then wrap the cases with resealable, archival bags and place them into this box. With this particular box, I can store about 46 cards. It fits nicely in shelves. I do think Lineco is test marketing with eBay because the pricing sure fluctuates. Their affiliated entry, University Products (.com) handles the sale of a wide selection -- not just the boxes shown here. However, the items on eBay are stocked with no wait. These folks are one of the biggest in museum and government document/item protection.

Well-constructed, Convenient, Nice Looking Storage
I bought this to store smaller art and photo prints. It is more compact than book-style art storage with plastic sleeves, and protects from dust, light, or bending. It looks nice enough to leave out on a shelf in a home or professional environment. It’s great for older work, or sketches/studies/experiments that don’t need to be accessed regularly. I especially like that one long edge folds down, to avoid damaging things when you add, remove, or look through contents of the box. Metal edges on the box offer protection in case of accidental falls, but also mean that your work isn’t at risk of becoming stained by or stuck in glue from the box.

Quality
I liked the quality of the material and construction. I bought it after it was recomended by an artist. I am usig it to store some small pieces of art I appreciate very much.
